It was a comfortable suite for a family of 4. The kitchen and laundry facilities were a bonus to our 2 nights stay. Staff was very pleasant. Very quiet neighbourhood and walking distance to dining and shopping. Will definitely be back when we visit Ottawa:)

Nice apartment+ location

Sonder Rideau is a nice located apart-hotel. The rooms were good size and clean, the bathroom though could be cleaner. The location is really good, close to many points of interest. The biggest problem is the lack of parking (if you're driving there). There are a lot of open to the public parking lots around but are pretty expensive. The staff did not have all the answers but they were very polite and tried their best. Definitely recommend it.

Stayed here for the second time with my buddies, had a great time. Room was spacious, clean, and reasonably priced. The game room and gym were great. The kitchen in the room was small but had everything we needed. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

The check-in was very simple and easy by providing a text entry code eliminating the need to stand in a lineup to check in. The basic room was large with lots of kitchen appliances. Impressed and would stay again.

Perfect location if visiting downtown ottawa. Walking distance to a lot of places and also close to bus stops. The room is very well designed and comfortable. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The only negative item would be the lack of pressure in the shower.

The Sonder was perfect for our 4 night stay for our family of 4. Lots of space in the room. Full size kitchen was awesome. All staff were friendly. The gym was a great addition too. We hope to return next year.
