Cozy, comfortable, clean, and very quiet. We love that the cabins are pet friendly, reasonably priced, and have great private beach access. This place had everything we needed and the host was very responsive. We’ve stayed once before and I’m sure we’ll be back again. A great value for the size, amenities and privacy.

Second time staying here but first time with a baby to finish out maternity leave. Had a lovely time. Very close to the ocean, Newport and any other place we wanted to visit. Highly recommend!!

Great Cabin

Cabin was beautifully decorated with artwork and plants. Beach access was a little rough coming back up but so worth it for the mostly private beach. It was very easy to find a part of the beach with no people near by so I could let the dog off leash to play fetch. The two 13 year olds enjoyed having their own space upstairs to relax in the evenings. Maybe not the best for small children because of the beach access/loft area but great for children 7*. My dog wakes up at night and I was worried I would not feel safe taking her out to go potty however it was very well lit all throughout the night and I did feel very safe. It was perfect for 3 humans and a dog.would definitely stay in the future.

Nice and Quiet.

I traveled with my husband, son and our 2 dogs. The trail to the beach is beautiful and it is one of the more quiet beaches I have been on. It is right next to Devil's Punchbowl. It was fun to watch the surfers in the water down at the end of the beach. The house had everything we needed.

Excellent Hideaway

My family and I were happily surprised the moment we walked into the house. It was well appointed and very cozy. Our two daughters loved having the upstairs area to themselves. With two beds, a half bath, and the living room area for games it worked extremely well for entertaining them while the wife and I relaxed downstairs. We had packed so much and anticipation of cooking most of our meals and were pleasantly surprised to see a well appointed kitchen. The walk to the beach was very doable for all of us. We were able to take down all of our chairs, toys, and firewood without hassle. Halfway down, there are even two grassy areas with fire pits, and picnic tables if you want to take a break from all the sand on the beach. we have stayed at Otter Rock before and absolutely love the area In this house made an even more enjoyable. The host was very responsive to my texts whenever I needed anything and quick to help. Check in and check out was a breeze. Thank you for a lovely stay. We hope to see you again in the future.

Beautiful location.

We loved the property and the beach, but we only went once because the trail down and mostly up was difficult for us. I would stay again in a heartbeat, if it was just me, but If I were with some family members, I woukd have to pass because of the hike to the beach.

First big trip

My husband had never been to the west coast and our kiddo has never seen the ocean. It was a great time for all of us. Access to the beach, close to towns, and reasonably priced for our little family. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family who want to visit the coast!

A perfect cozy get away

Our chalet was cozy, nicely appointed, and in a great location close to the beach. All of us, including our dog, had a great time. Would recommend to anyone thinking about staying here as home base for exploring the beautiful Oregon coast.

Great Little Beach Chalet

Nice little place. A bit rustic but that was fine with me. Path to the beach is right there and it's a quick drive to Newport for other things to do. Would definitely stay again.
