Oudon is easily accessible from the A11 motorway (Ancenis exit) or by train since the town has a train station.This house can accommodate up to 7 people in its 3 bedrooms, its large living room with open kitchen and its large fully enclosed garden. All on one level with a view of the countryside.The accommodation has 2 queen-size double beds (160x200cms) and 3 single beds. Its bathroom has a bathtub and a shower as well as a double sink unit. The toilets are in a separate room. Bed linen and towels provided.The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, an induction hob, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave and all the necessary dishes. Coffee pods, tea bags and a coffee machine are at your disposal. A television and Wifi are available free of charge.No worries about parking, with private parking in front of the house.Entry and departure are autonomous with a key box system. I remain available from 8am to 11pm if you need more information. A deposit is required when booking (deposit not debited).
