Sheldrake Point Suite, Ovid

Located on a dead-end road just 200 yards from a public rocky beach and boat launch, Sheldrake Point Suite is a newly remodeled second floor apartment offering luxurious finishes. It boasts two bedrooms with queen sized mattresses, a modern kitchen with high-end appliances, and a spa-like bathroom. An additional half bath with washer and dryer round out the amenities. Everything is brand new, and we’ve tried our best to include everything you might expect—and more.

The second floor suite is accessed through the main house entrance. The suite is in a four-unit apartment building. It is newly remodeled and enveloped in soundproofing insulation. It is a top floor unit, so no one is above you and the unit below is vacant. The outdoor space is shared. You’re welcome to our kayaks, standup paddle boards, snow shoes, etc., just call us to inquire. You’ll enjoy an amazing nights sleep with blackout curtains, a noise machine, and a queen-sized bed that seems to almost hug you. Enjoy all that the community offers, or stay in and cook in the well apportioned kitchen. The spacious walk-in shower is sure to please. A full-sized washer and dryer make longer stays effortless.

Please note: the building water supply comes directly from Cayuga Lake. Do not drink from the faucet. A water cooler and extra potable water are provided.

The bedrooms are smaller. Wheeled under-bed clothing storage bins are provided, along with large nightstands and wall hooks.
