Unfortunately, there was a lot of construction both around the property (including by the pool) and both the 3rd and 4th floors were under construction. Noise started before 8am. We were not advised in advance, nor were we offered a discount. We still paid full price. While I completely understand that maintenance has to happen but it would have been good to have been warned or offered some sort of inconvenience discount or additional service.

We absolutely loved our romantic getaway at the Mosaic in Blue Mountain! From the moment we arrived, the cleanliness, and the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The room was comfortable, well equipped, and had everything we needed to fully enjoy a peaceful stay. The location is perfect: right in the heart of the village, just steps away from restaurants, shops, and activities. After our walks, we especially enjoyed the pool and the spa, which were ideal for relaxing. We will definitely be back!

The front desk staff from the mosaic property went out of their way to secure us a third night and give us an even better experience than the one we had the previous two nights. Rooms were clean. The view was spectacular and it was nice to have a heated pool open until 11 PM.
