Déception totale

Il s’agit de la pire expérience en établissement hôtelier. Tout d’abord, le ménage n’était pas bien fait, la balayeuse n’avait pas été passée et un vieux savon trainait dans la douche. Le listing mentionnait un foyer et il n’était pas fonctionnel. Aucun séchoir nous avons du en demander un et ils l’ont apporté le lendemain soir. Le keypad n’était pas fonctionnel sous la pluie et nous étions détrempé. Nous avons dû contacter le gestionnaire pour qu’il ouvre à distance. Aucun filtre à café malgré qu’ils font mention que la machine à café est sur place et nous les avons obtenus le lendemain soir. Nous avons réussi à parler à la gestion seulement or texto et une responsable est venue le jour du départ constater le tout. Sans oublier le bruit du ventilateur de salle de bain et le sofa du salon non confortable. Il n’y avait aucune manette de télévision. La gestion semblait dire que le client précédent avait quitté à la fois avec le séchoir et la manette. Clairement une mauvaise expérience et gestion peu compréhensive de la situation. Ils nous ont remis deux cartes cadeaux de 50$,ce qui est très peu considérant que nous avons conduit 7 heures pour vivre cette pénible expérience. Vue sur la Montagne qui est complètement cachée par les arbres si vous pensez voir la montagne.

Séjour parfait. Appartement tout équipé et propre. Bacon donnant sur les arbres, donc beaucoup plus calme et joli que l’avant. Nous étions 6 et avions énormément d’espace. Cuisine avec tous les ustensiles possibles. Et surtout très propre.

(112) Everything was perfect, super organized! My kids loved this apartment. The only thing is the bathroom, especially the bathtub, needs to be renovated. We will definitely return as soon as possible. Highly recommended.

The resort is conveniently located right next to Blue Mountain activity centre. The layout is very practical and suits big families. Very cozy setting. The communication with the management team is very efficient. The only downside is unit might need some upgrades.

Amazing Stay!

Amazing place to stay. We came as a family for our summer vacation. It was amazing! Lots of room. Next time I would not stay on the 3rd floor as the dogs did not like the stairs. We had fun and many walks. It is awesome being close to Blue. The kitchen was stocked so we saved money on homemade meals too. Great entertainment on rainy days too.

Spacious but outdated

On Google Map it’s listed as 4-star hotel by the blue mountain resort but it’s more like 2 or 3-star condo not on blue . First of all, the listing didn’t highlight that the AC is out of order. It only says heating is available but honestly who would notice that the AC is not working if not listed separately? We went for Canada Day long weekend with high 35°C so it was very uncomfortable. Also, the building was going through construction for its balcony railings so there was a large plywood blocking access to the balcony but it also didn’t have a bug screen to leave the sliding door opened. For the large space, it didn’t have enough windows that we could have left opened. Also, the comfort level of mattresses were very poor. As for the cleanliness of the place, even though it would have been cleaned professionally, it didn’t feel too clean due to overused carpet and furniture. Moreover, for some reason the property ask you to take out the garbage at the time of checkout. I was surprised since I thought this would be something the cleaners would do. Lastly, staying in the 3rd floor where there is no elevator access and paved walkway to the metal stairs was difficult to move the luggages and strollers up and down. Anyway, we loved the space, keyless entry and ability to message the property staff but didn’t love other features as much.

Everything was fantastic! The property was under some construction with interlocking brick being replaced but that's to be expected in the summer season. The unit was clean, comfortable and everything was excellent. We will definitely stay here again!

Do not stay at Property Valet properties!

1. Property was not ready or available at time of checkin due to previous tenants breaking a door. Was offered another property inconveniently further away, and was a downgrade and huge inconvenience. 2. we immediately noticed that the door had been replaced. However, the unit still was under construction with exposed drywall and grout. Also in bedroom. The lock in main door did not work and there was no exterior lighting. 3. There were dirty dishes and garbage left by previous tenants not to mention the dirty SHEETS and linens just shoved in the cupboard. UNACCEPTABLE 4. The 3rd bed (queen) was broken with only 2 legs. 5. Terrible communication. I voiced my concerns and gave them the opportunity to correct the issue with me privately before my review with Hotels/Expedia. They did not offer much compensation at all. This is my first review ever and felt it necessary to warn others not to stay at Property Valet properties.

Worst property I’ve ever stayed at around blue mountain. First of all, took 3 hours to find visitor parking and communication with property was extremely slow. Hotel is very dirty, ants crawling everywhere. Washrooms still have red marker paints left on the wall and bedsheets like they’ve never been washed. Communication with host is absolutely horrendous despite death in the family to possibly accommodate a refund or exchange. Will never stay at this resort again. Please stay away people.

I was quite excited about this trip but that excitement kind of dwindled once I arrived and realized the state of the stairs and area surrounding the property. The stairs were definitely unsafe and not up to code. I didn’t realize how many stairs I would be required to climb with a toddler, a dog, and myself being pregnant. Not to mention how slippery they are when wet due to rain. After almost falling on my butt while going down the stairs at 30 weeks pregnant holding a toddler, we left a day early. The unit itself was lovely. It wasn’t very clean, however. Hairs in the sheets, dust under the sofas, etc. The beds were very uncomfortable - it felt like sleeping on the ground. I did like how close it was to the village but the amount of time it took to go up and down stairs to get out and about was very taxing. Rather than a stress free, relaxing trip, I felt very overwhelmed and unsafe, so we left early.

201 is spacious with beds for 8 a lovely kitchen and living room plus 3 balconies and 2 full bathrooms. The property was well maintained and clean. The decor was also quite nice. Exceptional location near the main village and mountain attractions with easy parking. We did notice some drywall work was being done in a few places. Nothing big but it would have been nice to know on advance. The stairs leading up to the apartment need work. They have eroded with salt from the winter season. They're functional but definitely need some attention. Property management company were exceptional in communication and support. Really really really appreciated how quick they were to respond to questions. Overall great apartment and location but exterior building needs some work.

We loved the space the unit offered. The problem is the stairs leading to the unit are all damaged and being held up with jacks. This doesn’t seem safe and there is not adequate lighting in the stairs. I had a fall when defending the stairs. When I reached the bottom the last step was not lit and I didn’t realize it was there and fell down. I highly recommend that more lighting is installed.
