Bring the whole family along and make the best memories while slipping into vacation mode with a cup of hot cocoa next to the warmth of the fireplace. Regardless of the season, everyone will love this centrally located oasis, as the shared pool will be great for summer days and chilly evenings, and the slopes are mere minutes away. Regardless of how you choose to use each day, entertaining the whole gang each night will be a breeze with the open layout of the living area, dining area, and full kitchen. Not to mention, the high-speed WiFi will allow anyone to easily work from home or stream favorite movies each night!

Though you will have a plethora of option for full days of fun at your fingertips, Blue Mountain Resort (two kilometers), Collingwood Scenic Caves (four kilometers), numerous golf courses, Georgian Bay, the Georgian Trail, great hiking, biking, dining, antiquing, scenic drives, wineries, and craft beer all very close by for fun that the whole family can enjoy year-round!

Lovely condo

There were a lot of lights out on the property in the evening so made me a little uneasy walking my small dog. The condo itself is lovely and comfortable and so close to Blue and Collingwood! This was our second time staying at this property and we might come back!

The property was good location but we had two issues. First we were given wrong code to access building which took more than half hour to sort out while it was freezing cold. Second place smelled like smoke. Someone had been smoking in unit and the smell was pervasive

Perfect location

Overall it was a great vacation. The house was extremely clean and has everything you need. The beds were not the most comfortable to sleep on. Check in was horrible. The access code provided was not correct and had to wait for management for over an hour to get in. The location however was amazing. Close to Blue Mountain village and the beach. I would recommend this location to friends and family.

A beautifully situated condo for family. Relaxing and in the perfect neighborhood. Clean and many activities to do or also a perfect place to just relax and unwind. Really nice and serene. Private, clean. Great pool and good value for our money. Small things would have made the stay more comfortable like functioning drawers in the bedrooms (all got stuck, very hard to open and close), replacement of kitchen faucet (hard to use), and having outdoor patio furniture.

Everything was as in the pictures at the property. Pleasant surprise was the included shuttle to blue mountain and being able to park at the door. The fireplace control was hard to find. It would have been nice to have a little note there which explained it. It also would have been nice if there had been coffee, sugar, maybe some coffee whitener or even a couple tea bags. If I had known there would be a keurig, I would have brought some k-cups. Communication with the management company was sub standard. I called for help once and the help was very good but way more time consuming than should be. When I texted for assistance, the response time was unacceptably slow. Vacasa should hire some more staff.

Perfect townhome for a mini getaway!

This property was just as described on the listing. Very clean and accommodating! Only 4 min drive from The Blue Mountain Village area. And about 7-10 min drive from grocery stores! Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to family and friends as well!

Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Need better instructions about starting gas fireplace. Could not find WiFi password so had to call . Would be helpful to have a “house binder” with info on things to do in it as well.
