Close to the village. Nice hotel and very clean. My only gripe is that I was charged $130+hst at checkout for a “resort fee”. I don’t like surprise charges and that should be included upfront in the cost of the room (which I paid for in full upfront)

Great family get away

Best to purchase the play pass from the hotel. For close to the same price ($2 difference) you can use the pass the whole stay instead of one day. Family suite was perfect for our family of 5. Avoid a holiday weekend if possible to avoid extra long lines for the activities. Pool can hit capacity so go earlier in day.

Stayed for 2 nights - 2 adults 2 little ones in a one bedroom suite with a king bed. Separate space from bedroom and living space which was good since we have a one year old. Has a small kitchenette which was handy. Only thing that sucked was the view from the room. We had a view of the roof for the Plunge Aquatic Centr and a tree blocking anything else that you could potentially see. We checked in on a Thursday and it was definitely not busy, hoping they would have given us a better room seeing as most of the rooms before ours were definitely empty. But I don’t know how they organize and assign rooms. Figure $1100 for the two nights you would get a better spot. Everything else was good. Right in the village so it’s convenient.

Overall a good stay , pool needs serious attention

Overall a Good Stay, But Pool Needs Serious Attention We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly positive experience. The rooms and kitchen were clean, well maintained, and the lobby was also in great condition. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly, attentive, and truly focused on client experience—the service was top notch. Unfortunately, the pool was a major letdown. It was visibly dirty, with green grime that clearly indicated it hadn’t been properly cleaned. I raised the concern with the front desk and was reimbursed for the resort/pool fee, which I appreciated. However, it was disappointing not being able to use the pool on our second day due to its poor condition. The on-site restaurant, Olive Bocconcini, had a pleasant atmosphere and excellent service, though the food quality was hit or miss during our visit. Free parking was a great bonus and added to the convenience of our stay. Despite the issue with the pool, we had a good overall experience. With a bit more attention to maintenance in shared amenities, this could easily be a top-tier stay.
