Just okayish

Was a ski trip getaway. Staff didn’t inform us about ski valet. Had a very hard time managing ski equipment and storage in our vehicle which was parked far away. Learned from other users of ski valet program which would have been so ideal. Staff didn’t offer any information at check-in about any resort amenities. Made for a lame stay. Room was clean and new but the bed was small for two people and not comfortable. We did really like having dishes to use in the room. This helped a lot.
