I visit my family in Batesville on a regular basis and stay in many of the hotel offerings. This property is definitely one of the newer and best hotels in the area. Breakfast offerings were average (bacon, eggs, potatoes, waffles, cereal, toast, danish, fruit, coffee, juice), which worked for me however, there were no non-pork options for my wife. The mattress was very comfortable and had 4 pillows for each bed. This will always be my first option when booking in Batesville again.

Never in my life until now has a front desk refused to call a guest's room. Are there no phones in the rooms? I do not wish a reply or explanation....just simply unacceptable.....end of complaint.

Had a small roach in the room this time. This place seemed cleaner in past stays. Staff was polite at the front desk. Cleaning crew, not so much. The elevator and hallways smelled like pot. Pool was cold and a little dirty. Not the best place to stay in the Batesville area, but the price is very reasonable
