Clean and inviting. Location was great. Quick walk to the beach. We did have an ant problem in the kitchen. Contacted the host and send a video. Expected due to the fact it was pretty warm outside. Cleaned up ants and continued on having fun.

The highlight is the location, truly spectacular if you love proximity to a unpopulated soft sand beach. The accommodations are comfortable but sparse and could easily be improved with a little attention to detail. The shower bar is rusty so done hang any thing to dry. Only 1 burner on the stove worked and the free standing fan was inoperable. Provide salt, extra garbage bags and a few other “little touches” to enhance the experience. All in all, I would still recommend it and I had a lovely time.

Lovely little getaway

We loved staying here. The unit was very clean, charmingly decorated. Great location and a short walk to the beach. Our host Kim was very prompt in her reply when we couldn't find the coffee maker. We so appreciated being able to have our dog with us - and he really enjoyed the plush pet blanket that was provided. Highly recommend!

Perfect cozy place for a beach stay in Silverstrand. Very close to the beach. Clean. Comfortable. Great communication. Toys, chairs, and boogie board to ride. Gas grill and backyard fire spot. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back.

Very clean dog-friendly stay

I’ve stayed in a lot of dog friendly vacation rentals and this was by far the cleanest. Property was easy to find and check-in was quick and simple. Thanks to Kim for a great stay and maintaining a great property!

Great little place

My friend and I came down for a dog show. We needed a place to let all of us have down time between shows. The location is one short block from the beach which has gorgeous sunsets! The neighborhood is easy walking with lots of people up early taking their pups for walks. Very friendly folks! The place was cute. I made the owner aware of the very slippery floors in the bathroom and the need for grab bars and a bigger anti slip mat in the shower. She said she would address. The back yard is not accessible except by going out the front door and opening a side gate. The fence between its duplex neighbor has a couple boards missing( which she said they would address. However between that and many surf boards and other fun items you are able to use, it is NOT a backyard to let a dog run around. It was not a problem for us as we needed to keep ours very clean and I enjoy walking my dogs. Overall it was perfect for us and we would return.
