We had an excellent stay! The staff were incredibly kind and available, the amenities were all lovely, the room was perfect, and the location is amazing! We especially enjoyed the cottage side’s breakfast, and enjoyed everything about our stay.

The room had dirty carpet and walls chipped paint the bathroom walls the paint was bubbled due to shower steam I’m guessing needed repairs the shower head was terrible half of the holes were plugged very sad situation & we were woken up @3am with mice or rats inside the wall running around and scratching noises which I told the front desk the next day when I went to get towels no maid services while you are there! I was told well we upgraded you already from a Queen to a king with a fire place so we won’t down grade you which to be honest the reservation was made in August so I didn’t remember and no one mentioned that when we checked in he said we could move… the fitted sheets were not deep enough to stay put overall will never stay there again I would zero stars
