Had to switch rooms after check in. Room 206 heat was stuck on 83 degrees. Couldn’t be changed. Manager came up couldn’t lower the temperature. We were moved to Room 209. New room was fine.

Staff was rude, the breakfast was cold and lacking and was made to feel like we weren’t welcome because we living in the same town my daughter wanted to go swimming for her birthday so we booked a room for the night so she could get what she wanted. When we checked in the staff made us feel like we were there to throw a rager for our 6 year olds birthday oh and to mention that the pool area was filthy pool and hot tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years

The room was clean, the breakfast was great. The only thing we were not happy about was being charged for our dog. He is 10 pounds and never goes potty inside. But I know they have to draw a line somewhere.
