The staff at the reception were always accommodating and friendly, day and night. Very clean and spacious rooms. We did not need room service, but fresh towels were placed in a bag outside our room by the time we got back in the evening. Lot of great options for breakfast! Korina, David and Collin were especially helpful and kind to us when we were running late one morning by helping us make Belgian Waffles before the breakfast room closed :) The hot cocoa bar in the evenings was so welcome! We had a great stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Our experience was mixed. Before listing my complaint I have to say that the rooms were large with lots of seating options and it was nice and clean. The down side is that we specifically reserved a room with a king bed but were given a room with a queen bed. When we complained we were told that the reserved room was not available but would be available the next day. So we stayed a bit longer the next morning to change rooms. They did not charge us for the first day.

We stayed here on our way to Antelope Canyon! It was comfortable and had a lot of dining options nearby. The hotel was clean and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Everyone we interacted with friendly! Breakfast was delicious as well! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay!

The hositality of the kitchen staff was great, there were so many tourists my kids and i couldnt get what we wanted. The staff was kind enough to provide us what we needed and brought it to our table.

I booked a suite but the room had a musky smell to it. The floor was dirty. Sock were black after walking in the room Entire laundry room was out of service every machine. The pool / pool area was closed.

Oh so nice Best Western! From the top to bottom everything was great. The check in staff helped me fix my reservations, the hotel grounds keepers had the exterior clean and spotless, the room maids cleaned and polished the interiors so that they were immaculate. Let’s not forget the kitchen staff who served up a bountiful and yummybreakfast! All in all you could tell that this property and its team worked cohesively to make this a five star rating. The only thing that would’ve improved it is if it could’ve had a view of the canyon as it sits perched on a hilltop as you come out of the basin. It even seemed as if the guest knew that they were in for a treat as everyone was calm, peaceful, happy, respectful, and enjoy enjoying their time at this Best Western location.
