The person working at night did her best to get us a fan for room 226 because the AC was not working. A guy came to try to fix it but it didn’t work. It was humid in the room so we sent the kids to sleep with their aunt in another room. We were told the manager would reach out to us in the morning and give us a 40% discount on the room the next day as it was late. Her name is Elvia Owens but it has been 1 week already and she has not reach out to us. They were not able to provide us with another room nor give us our money back so we can rent else where and after a long day of driving from out of state we settled in the room with the fan that was provided. At this point I just want some sort of apology from the manager cause clearly she is not willing to give us a discount even though the room we receive was in inhumane condition. Floor had no carpet and was dirty which we can deal with but the AC was the kicker. But I guess this just proves that when renting hotels on a budget don’t be surprise if you run into bad situations or managers like this SMH!!!
