We loved the uniqueness of the room. The king bed and large pillows were soooo comfortable. Appreciated the nice bathroom products that were available to use. And of course the lounge was a very nice touch, was a very relaxing place to sit and enjoy the evening after a day of driving.

The rooms were cute, comfy and equipped with everything you might need. No staff on property but easy to access, with a door code. The cocktail bar on site was not open the days we visited which was a bit disappointing but overall it was a pleasant stay in Pagosa.

A hidden gem in plain site.

A gem of a property. Proof that smaller isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Small room, but the amenities were first class. The owners had thought of everything, from ear plugs to help you sleep to the use of a complimentary umbrella in case it rained. The shower was the best we have had in our ten day trip, far superior to anything that the national chains of a similar price point have offer. Would thoroughly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Cool, Comfortable and Convenient

This is a new renovation of an old motel. The reno is stellar, hip, and comfy. The staff os responsive and knowledgeable and the bar is very cool! The location is best possible, walking dist to the hot springs and everything in town.
