This is a Prairie Fire/front sight member owned, 3 bedroom structure, that sleeps 6, located on a fenced in 1 acre property used for multi (rv storage parking) as well as its vacation rental income. There are Double front gates located at each end of a U shaped driveway (keep gates closed at all times please). There is ample room for parking, just do not block the gates or drive ways going to the rear of the property. This property host a great view of Mt Charleston from the rear patio, and the front looks at a mountain range just a few miles away in California. The owner lives next door to answer any questions you may have about the area or property. The acre on the south side and @ the rear are empty lots, providing more seclusion. Master bedroom has a queen bed, master bath has twin sinks, a roman tub and full sized shower, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, & walk in closet, bedroom 3 has a pair of twin-XL beds instead of the prior bunk beds, to better suit our Prairie Fire customers. All bedrooms have walk in closets. Bathroom 2 has single sink, tub shower combo. There is wireless connection available, for customers when they book with us. We also have a horse shoe pit in the front yard for your entertainment, and Lake Side Casino ( man made lake) is just a few miles away. We are conveniently located on the south end of town, close to Highway 160, Spring Mt race track, & Prairie Fire Nevada shooting facility. We are also just 10 minutes from downtown shopping (Wall Mart, Albertsons, Smiths Food, Big 5 Sporting) with more Casinos and restaurants. If you have other needs, we are also just 15+- minutes away from the Hospital and other medical facilities. Our neighborhood is pretty quite, our sunsets are grand, and at night star gazing can be pretty amazing, if you come from well lit cities, you will be surprised. Pahrump is surrounded by open BLM land, loaded with off road use opportunities, and a very flat and fun dry lake bed as well. There are several wineries, annual grape stomping, balloon festival, native powwow, parks, golf, bowling, all of this is available and located close as well. We offer a full kitchen, dishes, silverware etc, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, charcoal barbecue, washer-dryer, all new furniture, mattresses and necessities. We converted the fireplace to a really cool facade, flip the switch and it even offers cracking sounds as well. We are Smokeless, pet less as well. 4:00 PM check in time, 11:00 am check out.
