The property is within walking distance of the white sandy beach in a well-kept residential complex. The bungalow is in the lower part of the complex. The living room is approximately 50 square meters and has a music system, television, kitchen and a spacious dining area. The large private courtyard with private pool is not visible and is equipped with a parasol and garden furniture. Through the courtyard you can reach the sleeping area with two rooms (2 single beds and 1 double bed). The spacious daylight bathroom includes a shower and toilet. In the upper area there is a third bedroom and a spacious bathroom with separate shower and bath, toilet and bidet. The partially covered sun terrace with a fantastic sea view of the bay of the Costa Calma can also be reached via the courtyard. Here you can eat comfortably and start the day relaxed or let it end.


Ideal holiday resort: On the Costa Calma you will find extensive shopping opportunities. Good restaurants, several rental car stations for individual island tours can be reached in a few minutes. It is not without reason that the Costa Calma is also a very popular travel destination for long-term vacationers. Here you can relax and "hibernate" if you book in time.

Ideal location for the water-sports enthusiast

Great location - a short drive to the Lagoon and Windsurfing area on Sotavento, but still walk-able to the restaurants. Accommodation is spacious and clean with all high quality furnishings and equipment. Bedrooms are separated from the living room/kitchen by a small courtyard with a private swimming pool; which means the bedrooms are quiet and away from the living area. Balcony/Patio (above living/kitchen room) has partial views of the sea - more importantly you can see the north end of the Rene-Egli Windsurfing zone so you can see when to go to the beach for a sail or whether to relax and wait for the wind to pick up!!!

Rückvergütung

Ich finde es schade, dass die Reduzierung der Aufenthaltsdauer um einen Tag nicht rückvergütet wird, obwohl eine nahtlose Weitervermietung stattgefunden hat. Die Reduzierung, welche ihre Ursache in den Flügen hatte, wurde unmittelbar vorgenommen, so dass ein tatsächlicher Schaden nicht stattgefunden hat. Fairplay sieht anders aus!!!!!

Super Unterkunft, gerne wieder

Die Unterkunft war super. Alles war sauber und die Ausstattung hat im Grunde alles enthalten, was man benötigte. Man hat Blick aufs Meer, der Badestrand ist 7 min zu Fuß entfernt. Besonders hat uns die Aufteilung der Unterkunft gefallen, der Platz ist super genutzt, Dachterrasse und Pool sind auch toll. Die Vermieter waren immer ansprechbar und haben sich direkt um Anliegen gekümmert, Wir kommen gerne wieder.

wir reisen seit über 20 Jahren an die Costa Palma

Alles in allem fühlen meine erwachsene Tochter und ich uns immer wohl, wenn wir zusammen an unserem Lieblingsort sind....... Die Villa (wir kennen Weitere in der Anlage) ist renovierunsbedürftig z. T. zu sanieren. Mit den Ansprechpartnern war dieses abschließend zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit zu besprechen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt verlängert und eine weitere Villa kennengelernt, die in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand war. Also alles Bestens.

El alojamiento ofrece todo lo que promete y mas. Es un lugar confortable e ideal para familias (que fue nuestro caso). Nos fuimos muy contentos y con ganas de volver. Recomendable para aquellos grupos burbuja que deseen disfrutar de unas vacaciones con total tranquilidad. Por añadir un pero… la piscina podría ser climatizada, ya que el agua estaba bastante fría. De todas formas los enanos disfrutaron de ella sin medida.

Sauberkeit der Handtücher und Bettbezüge war mangelhaft! Solche alten! stinkenden Bade - und Handtücher sowie Bettbezüge sind eine Schande. Waren komplett gewaschen, aber aufgrund der jahrelangen Benutzung keine bessere Reinigung anscheinend möglich..Haben Waschmittel und Hygienespüler gekauft um Bettwäsche vor Benutzung zu waschen... Badetücher haben wir nicht benutzt sondern neu gekauft . Toiletten alt , teils massive Geruchsbelästigung. Außer Küche und partiell Wohnzimmer alles mind. 15 Jahre alt. Renovierung dringend nötig.

Super Bungalow in guter Lage

Die Villa Susi im Villas Patio ist ein sehr schöner Bungalow mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Zunächst zur Lage: Die Villa befindet sich am südlichen Ende der Costa Calma in ruhiger Lage. Es sind drei größere Hotelanlagen in unmittelbarer Nähe, von denen man jedoch nichts mitbekommt. Mehrere Strandabschnitte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Zwei Supermärkte sind auch in der Nähe und in fünf bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Des Weiteren befindet sich ein gutes Fisch- und Fleischrestaurant nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Zur Villa: Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist großzügig gestaltet. Es gibt ein großes Sofa und ein Flachbildfernseher mit Dolby Anlage und jede Menge an deutschen Sendern. Der Esstisch ist sehr groß und bietet Platz für sechs Personen. Die Küche ist absolut Klasse. Top modern eingerichtet mit Backofen, Herd, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine und Waschmachine. Der Innenhof ist auch Spitze! Schöner Pool, zwei Liegen und ein Tisch für sechs Personen. Vom Innenhof gelangt man über eine Treppe zur Dachterasse mit Meerblick. Hier befinden sich wiederum zwei Liegen und auch wieder ein Tisch. Die drei Schlafzimmer (2 im unteren, 1 im oberen Teil) sind spartanisch eingerichtet aber erfüllen ihren Zweck. Die zwei Badezimmer sind sehr groß. Im oberen Bad ist zusätzlich eine Badewanne. Auf jeden Fall ist die Villa absolut empfehlenswert und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Gute, saubere Ferienwohnung die an der einen oder anderen Stelle etwas Renovierung nötig hätte.

Lage : 3* (eigentlich 5*) Sehr dicht beim endlosen Sandstrand gelegen (3 Minuten). Das vor dem Haus gebaute R2 Hotel, macht leider sehr viel kaputt. Sehr großes Hotel, sehr viele Busse, mindestens 25 Tanklaster am Tag die Wasser bringen, dazu der Mülllaster morgens zwischen 4-5 Uhr.... Alles, selbstverständlich, bei laufendem Motor. Ruhig ist anders. Gute Anbindung zu Lebensmitteln (Hipperdino, Spar und Bäckerei sind in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Restaurants in etwa der gleichen Zeit. Parkplätze stehen am Haus reichlich zur Verfügung, wenn die angestellten vom Hotel diese nicht zuparken. Ausstattung: Allgemein: 4* Reichlich Sitz und Liegegelegenheiten, Sonnenschirm, Handtücher, Bettwäsche etc. Das eine oder andere Teil dürfte mal erneuert werden. Küche: 5* TOP, mehr Küche braucht kein Mensch. Super ausgestattet Toaster, Entsafter, Pürierstab, Paellapfanne war alles da. Küche und Einbaugeräte komplett neu.... Schlafzimmer:3* Ordentlich und sauber. Die Möbel sind noch Erstausrüstung, wie man sie auch in vielen der anderen Apartments noch sehen kann. Lattenroste und Matratzen bedürfen der Erneuerung. WC: 4* Sehr geräumig, normale Ausstattung, sauber und ausreichend. Auch hier hat der Zahn der Zeit schon einige Spuren hinterlassen. Der leicht kloakige Geruch war teilweise auch bei uns da. Wir haben einfach Wasser auf alle Ausflüsse gekippt und dann war es auch gut. Indoorpool: 4* . Zum kurzen erfrischen TOP. Sogar eine Gegenstromanlage für Schwimmer ist da. Das am Wochenende die zentrale Klärung nicht lief führte schon zu einigen Trübungen des Wassers. Montags war dann wieder alles OK. 2 Chlortabletten tun ihr übriges. Terrasse: 4* Man kann Abends auf dem Oberdeck sehr gut und auch windgeschützt sitzen. Mücken halten sich in Grenzen. Betreuung und Ansprechpartner vor Ort: 5* Problemloser Kontakt vom ersten Tag an. Immer nett, immer freundlich, immer bemüht. Das ganze mit einer niederländischen/spanischen Gelassenheit die uns Germanen, leider, fehlt. Alles schön stressfrei, eben Urlaub...... Wir würden dieses Apartment weiterempfehlen. Wie schon oben gesagt, würden wir einiges durchtauschen. Alles was da ist funktioniert aber noch und ist sauber. Schönen Urlaub !!!

Idealer Surfurlaub mit Top Unterkunft

Top und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet mit schöner Sicht. Interessante Anlage mit versetzten Bungalows. Auch für mehrere Paare sehr gut geeignet durch die Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer. Perfect organisiert durch die sehr netten Verwalter. Für Surfer hervorragende Lage.
