Tolles Ferienhaus mit pool

Wir (2 Erw + 16j Kind) hatten wunderbare Tage in dem sehr gepflegten und toll ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Sehr genossen haben wir die ruhige Lage, die ĂŒberdachte Terrasse und den Pool. Aber auch im Haus ist es gemĂŒtlich und sehr gut eingerichtet. Auch der Service von Luc vor Ort ist toll und er ist jeder Zeit erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Very enjoyable!

Had a lovely time here. House is great and has everything you need, (heated) pool is a big plus especially for the kids. Garden is fenced off which was great for the dog who could just stroll around. Location is fabulous, very quiet but you walk into the village in less than 10 minutes to get your breakfast. Lots to do nearby too, beach, Perpignan, Carcassone, Spain. We will come back when we get the chance!

Good location

A modern villa in a really good location furnished with family artefacts and eclectic decoration . 10-15 min drive to beach and 5 min walk into charming small town with basic amenities and an excellent restaurant. Pool is lovely and heated. Charming neighbours. Comfortably sleeps 6, 8 may be a squeeze. Owner responded promptly when temperature hit 32 degrees in bedrooms overnight and provided fans which put off mosquitoes from stream at bottom of garden. The proprietor employs a cleaner who also acts as his agent and could not be more delightful. Sandrine explained that the owner had experienced a larger than anticipated group of guests who had caused considerable damage. Likewise owner said he had been let down by a gardener and so the grounds were not maintained. Pool was cleaned once during a two week stay. As with any villa would highly recommend paying by credit card for all the usual protection.

Perfect little house at a great location

Living area, one bedroom, toilet and bathroom downstairs. Two bedrooms, a separate loo and a bathroom upstairs. Although we were just two, the house could have easily accommodated a bigger family or two couples with young kids. Everything you need is there. The house is tiled throughout so it makes cleaning easy. The owner was very nice and accommodating. The village has a lake and a cycling path. We went to the nearby villages to walk in the hills. Figueres and the Dali museum are only half an hour away. Worth visiting the coast which is only a few miles away (you can get there by bike easily) and the villages further west (Ceret, St Jean Pla de Cor, etc.) and obviously Perpignan if you haven't been. The beach in St Cyprien is nicer than in Argeles but Argeles is nice for an evening promenade walk. There are markets every day of the week in Palau and neighbouring villages. Be ready to overdose on ripe fruits and vegetables. The immediate neighbours were lovely. Further down the path there was a noisy dog but we spoke to its owners and it was sorted. Overall, a very nice holiday house with lots of options for things to do depending on how we felt on the day.

TrÚs belle location , piscine vraiment top .Mais à notre arrivée, il n'y avait ni papier toilette, ni sopalin, ni sel,poivre ,huile et vinaigre entre autre. De surcroßt la location n'est pas climatisée, cela a été trÚs difficile pour supporter la chaleur le jour comme la nuit . Sinon l'emplacement est calme et le jardin clos et sécurisé pour nos amis les animaux
La piscine est géniale et spacieuse, on en a bien profité surtout avec la canicule.

Une semaine de vacances

Nous Ă©tions 4 adultes et un bĂ©bĂ©. Du coup, la maison Ă©tait spacieuse. Elle Ă©tait trĂšs propre. Elle est bien Ă©quipĂ©e et situĂ©e dans un endroit calme. La piscine est de bonne taille et elle est chauffĂ©e. TrĂšs souvent on nous promet une piscine chauffĂ©e et le systĂšme est justement tombĂ© en panne avant notre arrivĂ©e. LĂ , l'eau est fraĂźche, mais elle n'est pas froide ce qui rend le plouf trĂšs agrĂ©able. Si on prend soin de bĂącher la nuit, l'eau reste propre. Les chaises longues sont confortables. Je suggĂšre aux propriĂ©taires d'ajouter un parasol du cĂŽtĂ© piscine pour Ă©viter de transporter celui de la terrasse qui est trĂšs utile le matin. Les propriĂ©taires ont laissĂ© du produit pour les fourmis, ce qui nous a permis d'ĂȘtre tranquille sur la terrasse oĂč nous avons pris tous nos repas. Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour.

Un sĂ©jour agrĂ©able, nĂ©anmoins l’emplacement de la maison Ă©tait quelque peu embĂȘtant car il n’y avait pas beaucoup d’activitĂ©s Ă  proximitĂ©, la piscine n’était pas bien entretenue et aucune instruction a Ă©tĂ© donnĂ© et les demande concernant la maintenance de la piscine n’ont pas Ă©tĂ© prise en compte, faire aussi attention au nid de guĂȘpe sur la terrasses( vraiment embĂȘtant ), les photos ne sont pas fiables. Dans l’ensemble notre sĂ©jour Ă©tait bien mais la maison nous a un peu limitĂ©.

Perfektes Haus mit Pool, hundefreundlich!

Wir können das Haus uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen, der Pool ist ausreichend groß, alles ist sehr gepflegt, die Ausstattung ist komplett mit SpĂŒlmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner und auch die KĂŒchenausstattung ist außergewöhnlich gut. Es sind nur Hand- und BadetĂŒcher mitzubringen. Die Matratzen sind perfekt, der uneinsehbare Garten ist rundum sicher eingezĂ€unt. Der Pool hat eine Abdeckung und somit sicher. Alles war sehr sauber, perfekte ruhige Lage, zum Strand, cote vermeille, etwa 12 Minuten mit dem Auto. Eine kleine Oase. Die Vermieter wie auch der „HaushĂŒter vor Ort sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, daher unseres Erachtens alles in allem perfekt! Bei großer Hitze dĂŒrfte evt eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer hilfreich sein sein, gleichwohl insgesamt: sehr gut!!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine à Palau-Del-Vidre, la maison est trÚs propre et super bien équipé. Nous avons été super bien accueilli par Sandrine qui nous a remis les clés. Les propriétaires sont de trÚs bonne personnes sur qui nous avons pu compter au moindre problÚme. La piscine est trÚs agréable, les enfants se sont bien amusé. Eine nette Zeit vor Ort

Wir (2 Erw.) können uns an die Beurteilungen und Meinungen der anderen Besucher, ĂŒber das oben angebotene Mietobjekt, nur anschließen. Die Bilder entsprechen den Tatsachen. Eine Außendusche wĂ€re noch von Vorteil. Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief, dank Übersetzungsprogram 😉, angenehm und problemlos. Wir haben eine kurze, jedoch erholsame Woche im Objekt genossen.

Une super semaine !
