Very bad check inn. No help from check in person. He was just interested in the turisttax, and even charge us for an extra day, but would no give a receipt for the payment, not possible. Only one key card to the room, that a problem when you are two persons. Extra key card not possible, but he could not care less. We were told to contact the chat for the company. I did that 3 times, but no reply. No cleaning of the room during our 3 days stay, not possible were we told. The safe was not fixed in the wall, you take it and walk out with it. I will not recommend this place, even the location is fairly good.

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

While the location in Palermo is great, the experience was disappointing. No communication from the host before arrival, confusing check-in, and no direct contact number—just a company line that didn’t respond properly. The apartment was clean, but the shower felt neglected and the Wi-Fi barely worked. Climbing 72 steep stairs with luggage was a challenge, and overall, we felt completely unsupported during our stay. Great location, poor management.

Not great if you are not healthy to walk up and down a lengthy flight of stairs especially with luggage. And especially not a good option is you are keen on cleanliness and want bed/bath linen change every few days as it’s only done after each checkout….. so no clean towels or sheets for a 7 days stay.

Authentic and central lovely accommodation

One of the oldest buildings in Palermo, enter through a tiny door in the wall. Authentic and very central, close to everything. 71 stairs to climb to our room so not for little or old ones first night in Sicily felt really at home

Nice and beautiful rooms

Nice place, comfortable, clean and beautiful rooms. You don’t need to take any transport to visit the places, everything is within walking distance (max. 20 min. Walking) One thing that you should know is that there is no lift and the place is quite noisy till 12am.

No hot water, we told the staff directly but we did not get hot water during our 3 night stay, I asked if they could offer another room to have a shower, but they did not offer us this. Very bad smell in the common area of the B&B.
