Booked a balcony and received a ground floor room with a sliding door that opened to a seating area for an outdoor dining table. Zero privacy! Sat for breakfast on Saturday morning and left after no one came to take my order or say hello after 15-20 minutes. Restaurant practically empty. No stakes for all the umbrellas they had at the beach. The poor beach service kid could not do anything about it. Many patrons either sat in the direct sun or left as a result. I had to make my own makeshift stand to block the sun. No beach service for food or drinks. They stated they were short staffed. I specifically booked here for beach service and even called to verify and told they did. Bar was left unattended at times. Manager had to step in and make simple drinks and claimed he couldn’t find staff to work at hotel. Spa was nice had a good experience. I gave this hotel an opportunity despite the low ratings thinking not everyone may have a bad experience but I was wrong and should’ve followed my gut. Very disappointing for such a beautiful hotel and location! I won’t be back.

The hotel room was nice and clean. We were in a room on the first floor where you can hear everything happening from the main foyer area. It was loud and kept us up at night. As for the pool and hot tub it was filthy. I saw a cockroach in the pool and the hot tub was not hot. Very disappointing to say the least. Other than that the place was just okay. I would probably not stay here again.

Room was good. Had To remind housekeeping to come clean 1 day. The bartender was very good at the bar and the restaurant service was good but a bit slow. The front desk and towel service for the beach. We’re very disorganized and nobody really seem to know what they were doing. The lab definitely needs updating and it was a bit scary to think what the rooms would look like, but the rooms were nice

Service was awful. Everyone was super nice and effort was not awful but management are not doing them any favors. Understaffed and those working need training. If you’re going to charge $22 for vodka martini, maybe teach your bartender how to make one. Or make sure they have a stocked bar with ice and beer and a half decent blender. Don’t order room service. It’s 50/50 you will get it. Bring your own towels because they run out fast. Don’t expect service at both the pool and beach, only have one person running around. Calling the restaurant a restaurant is funny to me. Used razor in the stair well really gave the resort feel. Beach spot was amazing. Liked the location. That’s about it. Get better service at a Hilton. Management do better! Who ever owns this place doesn’t care.

Rooms were very nice, staff were great and beach/pool was awesome. The only complaint is there was not enough staff, waited over an hour and a half to get a drink order on the beach and never did receive it. Many customers were complaining and disappointed in this. One server for 50+ people on the beach. The staff worked hard and clearly needed help.
