This Cinnamon Beach condo was very clean and well equipped! There were plenty of bath and beach towels provided and the kitchen had plenty of pots/pans to cook with. There was a keurig and regular coffee maker, microwave and toaster oven, as well as an oven/stove that worked well. You'll be able to cook whatever you like during your stay! The king size bed in the master bedroom was surprisingly very comfortable and we slept well during our visit! The view of the beach from this condo is amazing and you are literally just a short walk to get to the ocean. The sunrises from this condo are amazing and I looked forward to them each morning. The owners John and Elizabeth were very responsive to any questions that I had prior to our visit. Check in was seamless with no issues! I would highly recommend this condo for your stay if you are ever in the Cinnamon Beach area!

Peaceful, beautiful, & nicely situated

The condo is lovely- particularly the oversized balcony complete with a large table so you can eat outside. Easy beach access. If you go right, it’s a very short walk to the pools. Left and there’s a wonderful restaurant, Atlantic Grill. It was the perfect location to relax with family and enjoy the sights and sounds that come with beach life. Would rent again!

Perfection

We could not have had a nicer stay! Everything was easy, from making the reservation to the check out. The owner was very responsive and answered our questions right away. The unit was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The furniture was comfortable and seemed like it was new. The views and sounds of the surf from the balcony were fantastic - we spent most of the time out there. And Cinnamon Beach? You can't beat the location with the 2 pools, fitness center, and beach. We went to Publix once but otherwise just stayed right there on the property - no reason to leave. We've stayed at other places locally - Tidelands, Yacht Harbor, Canopy Walk - this place tops them all and this unit in particular is top of the line. Looking forward to a return visit!

Would definately stay here again

This property was the perfect getaway for me, my spouse, and another couple. From easy parking on the bottom level, the generous floor plan, to the spacious balcony with awesome views, we would for sure stay here again. We had absolutely zero issues! The owner checked in by texting several times during our stay--we appreciated that personal touch.

Great Place to relax for a few days.

We had been to these condo's before, just the first time at this particular one. We definitely like it, as well furnished and was not lacking in anything we needed. We like the two recliners on the covered patio as that is one of the first things we look at in VRBO is the patio furniture. We spend a lot of time out there and if only one chaise lounge, we pass on it & look for something else. There is also a very nice outdoor dining set for six. In October, you get a beautiful sunrise and by noon or so, the sun is high enough for the patio to be completely in the shade. Internet was fast too at 190Mbps down & 12 Mbps up. It's important to us as we need to work and require a good stable connection. Everything was great from the kitchen utensils, to comfortable living room furniture. We can't think of anything that was lacking in comfort or not working. The owner was very attentive too through the entire process.

Gorgeous property and fantastic family trip!

Palm coast and Cinnamon beach is stunning with all the trees and beautiful landscape. We loved riding bikes, going to the beack and pool, golfing nearby, delicious local restaurants. The condo is perfect! Spacious, super comfy beds, everything you need on the kitchen, gorgeous view and spacious patio. Parking was a breeze. Great facilities in the workout room. What a beautiful place!!!

The perfect beach condo!!!!

My wife and I stayed at Cinnamon Beach for a few nights along with our son. This condo shows the love throughout with lots of special touches and decoration, but the best part of it is the fantastic balcony overlooking the ocean. It really is magical. My wife and I are extremely cautious when it comes to social distancing in these difficult times, but this condo makes staying safe very simple. The stair well is open air, and the building, and the beach was never crowded. The building itself is very quiet, but the people you do see are very friendly. The Cinnamon Beach area is very charming! John (the owner) was very attentive to our needs, and even though we had no issues with our stay, it’s easy to tell when you have a property owner who cares that his guests have a trouble free stay. John is just such an owner. Luckily, we have family in the area, so we have reasons to return to this condo. Skip the hotel scene, skip compromising on the views...this condo is perfect in every way!

Beautiful location

The view and sound of the ocean waves from the large porch was amazing. So relaxing. The condo was great for the 5 of us. Beautifully appointed and very clean. Wonderful Condo

We stayed here for 9 nights. This was our third time at Cinnamon Beach, but first time at this condo. By far the best! The condo was clean, comfortable and stocked with higher end kitchen supplies with brand new stainless steel appliances. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was supplied including beach towels, beach umbrella and beach chairs and some children’s toys. The view was breathtaking.
