Parking was very limited, but the night manager had us park in a handicap spot, which I felt very uncomfortable about doing, but also there was nowhere else to park. There were drippings on the walls like food, drippings, and stains, and it was kind of gross inside the room

I’ve stayed here 5 times and the last 2 were bad. The pool was not heated and could not be used because the water was a cool 60 degrees and the previous time the large hot tub was also not working. The room just had a grimy feel, clean but grimy. The weather was fantastic and we really wanted to use the pool and couldn’t.

Had a great 2 night stay. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Only downside is the limited channels on the tv when we had it on to unwind for the night but it’s a minor problem. Really close to downtown and a lot of dining options in the area.

Quiet, comfortable, convenient, motel-style layout

7 Springs has a location far enough from the downtown core to be quiet, but close enough to be convenient for walking to restaurants and bars. I stayed in a room that had only one window in the bedroom area that faced out towards a roof, and that had little natural light by day and artificial light (an overhead light) by night. The room was spacious and comfortable but no-frills, with good air conditioning and a clean bathroom. Parking is free and plentiful. The price was very reasonable for the location and time of year when I visited.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the 7 Springs. The room was spacious, the housekeeping was very good (even left a rose, champagne and candy on Valentine's Day) and the front desk was helpful. Wonderful huge hot tub. The location was good, too -- just a short drive away from the bars and restaurants of downtown Palm Springs, and there were a few places easily walkable, too.

Disappointing

The grounds were well-designed. Our room had old, musty, stained carpet, chipped furniture. The mattress seemed angled slightly toward the head—ie, not flat. Bathroom had one small disc of soap, which had to be shared with the shower and sink. The plumbing was old and the sink faucet splashed water. We were not told we should ask for maid service, hence we ran out of Kleenex and had to use toilet paper, which was running low. Unfortunately mid century modern in our room was all too authentic.

This was my second weeklong stay here. Its a charming, small hotel with a nice outdoor space including a pool and two hot tubs. The clean but somewhat worn and "experienced" look inside the rooms is passable as charming and authentic, but as time goes on it would be nice to see a few small upgrades and repairs. Our beds were very nice, with some of the best pillows I've ever encountered. Staff were very friendly and accommoding, and other guests were easy going and always up for friendly conversation. Nice walkable location for exploring the downtown shopping and dining locations.

They said desk was open until midnight. I got there at 11:40 and no one around on a paid reservation. Even the phone answering greeting said 2 am. Called emergency number provided and no one answered. You kept my money and I had to stay at Motel 6. Never will I visit you again unless you return my stolen money.
