The property was very clean, looked recently remodeled. I was having issues connecting to wifi and staff was very helpful, came to my room and got it set up. Comfortable beds, good size room and bathroom. I didn’t have the chance to use the pools, but the pool area looked well kept and beautiful. I’ve stayed at other resorts in this area and I have to say Aqua Soleil is one of the nicer places.

Wonderful stay. Very relaxing. The room was clean and staff were friendly. Love staying in the rooms with the private pool. Short drive to downtown Palm Springs. Mineral waters are very rejuvenating.

I know you can't control the weather. We were stuck in traffic trying to get to the room. Flooded streets and rushing water coming down. It was pouring rain flooded and muddy everywhere! We couldn't go swimming or hang out in the Jacuzzi. Luckily our room has a spa pool so I guess that helped. Our t.v. didn't work but maintenance came to set it up,they were nice. It was just a disaster sitting in the room. I slipped in the room so I think they need to provide a different flooring for rooms that have a pool spa! I made sure to dry off and not drop to prevent that. Hopefully if I decide to come again things like this won't happen or I'll be able to get a refund like I should have. Also it smelled like sewer the whole night!

We were so impressed by this gem. The area is not the most appealing (transients and generally not as lively as downtown Palm Springs) but we did felt perfectly at ease at this hotel. We got the room with the private hot tub and it is a game changer! It’s an amazing unique amenity that this hotel offers. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The main lady at reception was above and beyond great (I forgot her name, but she is also a hairdresser). I hope the place recognizes how valuable she is. 100% I would stay here again and recommend it to others.
