There was nothing I didn’t like about this property. The fact that they don’t have a restaurant did not matter, as there were many good restaurants within easy walking distance, even in the summer heat! They do have a bar! A nice continental restaurant ( with hot items) is served daily poolside. Rooms are not serviced unless you request before 10:00am. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Great mattress, hot water and good water pressure. We had a king room with fridge which was a plus. I would certainly stay here again.

It is an attractive property for the most part, and a great location. We were initially going to stay at a smaller more “boutique” type hotel but opted for BW due to positive reviews and gym. Gym was pretty minimal. Breakfast was pleasant, lots of options and same everyday. Room was adequate. We had no cold water in room assigned initially so were moved the second day to another room on road side. The pool was never cleaned that we were aware of during the day. It was highly used by 4th day and there was debris (including hair and bandaid) everywhere I didn’t want to get in. I think next time we will try out another place.

The location was great and staff were friendly. However, both my sister and I slipped and fell (sister hit her head quite hard on cement) in the parking lot due to puddles from the irrigation. No compensation was offered and no follow up was made by management. Upon returning home, my sister was diagnosed with concussion and whiplash. We feel the hotel could have taken the matter more seriously.
