The venue was lovely — clean,?lots of amenities. Our main challenge was that the pool spa and jets and slide were not functioning properly which required the host to have to remotely turn them on and off for us. The host was extremely responsive, however. We had a wonderful time.

Casa Mara was definitely one of the best houses my friends and I have ever stayed in. The house was so spacious and clean, with a kitchen stocked with plenty of dishware and cookware for my friends and I to cook delicious meals together :) The location of the house was only 10-15 minutes away from the golf courses we were planning on playing, and there were plenty of supermarkets and grocery stores nearby to have enough food during our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and it was such a lovely property- the private pickleball court was really fun, and we loved the pool and hot tub as well. The host was also gracious enough to not only let us check in a couple hours early, but also extended our check out time a couple more hours, which really helped us with our flight schedule! I highly recommend this property and would love to stay at this beautiful home again :)

We had a group of our kids, their spouses and all our grandkids. This is an annual event for us and out of all the other beautiful homes we’ve stayed in this one got 2 thumbs up from everyone! The bedrooms/bathrooms were nicely decorated, the kitchen was well equipped and spacious. The backyard was absolutely amazing!! The pool was just as beautiful as advertised. The kids loved the slide and the adults loved the spa. We spent one evening in the play room having fun with all the table games, and we even played pickle ball. We will be looking into this same property next year!

Our family of 13, ages 18 months to 88 years, had a fantastic time at Casa Mara! There was something for everyone to do and we were very comfortable in the home. There were plenty of sporting options, and all equipment was supplied. There was no need to ever leave! We also had a French Bulldog with us, and she absolutely loved having such a gigantic yard to run around in. We were at ease knowing the entire yard was securly fenced. The management was extremely responsive and helpful when we had questions. We would absolutely stay again!

Awesome property

We loved our stay at Casa Mara. There were 16 of us and we all had very comfortable amenities. The pool and hot tub were used nonstop. The floorplan is well thought out and never felt crowded. Highly recommend for a big group.

Backyard paradise

Had such a wonderful time at Casa Mara with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday. The house was beautifully decorated inside, amazing bathrooms, top appliances and stocked with all our needs. The backyard was where we spent the majority of our time though and it was wonderful! Hammock, outdoor grill, pool slide, hot tub, volleyball, fireside s’mores
the options were endless! The casita and gym + game room were fantastic as well- I only wish we had more time to enjoy everything! Jen was a great communicator and followed up in a timely manner to any questions or requests, both in getting settled into the house and throughout our stay. Would absolutely book again and recommend to any group looking for a backyard dream!

Family Getaway

Casa Mara was fabulous! The house itself was impeccable and clean. The beds were comfortable, the toiletries were great and the kitchen was fairly well stocked. Several in our group had to work during our vacation, as well, and the internet was very good. The outside area at Casa Mara was spectacular with activities for everyone, including in the "Playground." So many fun games to play and having the Peloton equipment was definitely an added bonus. You can easily vacation in the desert without ever having to leave this property! The location was also perfect, in between La Quinta and Palm Springs. It was an easy walk to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden and a quick drive to El Paseo. Although we had small issues that came up during our 11 days at Casa Mara, the management company was always very responsive, taking care of our needs almost immediately. We had such a good time and look forward to a return visit!

Amazing Family Vacation

Our family of 16, ages 8 months to 70 years, had the absolute BEST time at Casa Mara!! As beautiful as the photos are, the property is even more beautiful when you see it in person! There was more than enough space for our crew to have privacy if they wanted, naps for the babies, and each of the rooms was so bright and airy and so nicely decorated. The huge kitchen was perfect for making meals together and the outside grill area was perfect for our barbecues! We enjoyed eating our meals outside and one night sat around the fire pit and made s'mores!! The pool is gorgeous and with the water slide was a huge hit with the grandkids! We had volleyball games on the nice court, basketball games, and games of pool while a few of us kept up our exercise routines on the treadmill! We never needed to leave the property (and we didn't want to) and seriously we barely had time to do everything there was to do at Casa Mara! From our first rental inquiry, our questions were answered quickly and the Property Manager was in contact with us from the minute we arrived and very responsive if we needed assistance during out stay. We can't wait to visit Casa Mara again!! Don't hesitate to rent this fabulous property, you will be so happy you did!!

Old Guys Rule OGR Golf Trip

So a group of 12 guys decided to get together to play a golf tournament and we chose La Quinta California. We found a great property 10 minutes away in Palm Desert, Casa Mara. We have stayed at hotels as a group before but we opted for something different this time. This fantastic property had a bed for everyone, yes, that's correct12 beds, one for each guy. Plenty of restrooms and showers as well. But as good as the sleeping accommodations were, the kitchen and family room and pool and outdoor area and the indoor playground in the back were absolutely off the charts amazing! We went to Costco to procure our food for the four nights that we were there so that we could cook together and eat together and spend time whereas if we were at a hotel things are always so much more complicated. This house provided a great gathering experience for all of us. This place had plenty of TVs and a Sonos sound system so that we could play music by the pool and in the house. Fantastic air conditioning system and a perfectly set temperature on the pool made for a great for night stay. I would recommend this place highly. One of the features that made our stay great was the concert communication from the property manager, Kim. She was responsive to any requests that we had and it was very comforting to know that she could help us if we needed anything. Again, this is a beautiful property with lots of space for a large group to hang out in. We are looking forward to book in this house again in the future. Hit em straight!

Best house in Palm desert we've stayed at

If you are comparing those house to another one, pick this one. Our group including kids from 2-5 and 4 adults had a great time. Worth every penny. Texted a couple questions to the property manager and heard back within minutes every time. The pool, lazy river, and waterslide kept everyone entertained all day long every day. The game room was huge and wonderful too. Couldn't have been more pleased with everything.
