Poor- we left early bc it was so uncomfortable

Bed, plumbling, sheets and decorations are old and very used. The sheets looked decades old. There were three different kinds of flooring in one room. The shower was old and dilapidated. We had two nights booked, but we left after the first because it was so uncomfortable.

Delos Reyes…A Place to Stay

One young person working the desk. Nice but could be trained up in customer service a bit more. It’s an older building and feels like it. The room had a few nice accessory upgrades but overall a bit dingy, especially the floor. Awkward spacing and lack of a closet in the room. There was a small piece of food in the bed and a little spot of oil. Pillows were very flat. Neighbors blasted bassy music at 4am. All that being said it’s cheap and well located with a pool. We never used the pool or hot tub though. But it did work out fine to stay there. I would try to avoid it in the future but if I had to stay here again, I would.

For the price, this property was pretty great. My family got two rooms each with king beds and it was all perfectly fine. The parking was easy and free, the hotel was simple and clean. No frills and the extra high costs that come with that. Steve at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Did not get the room we had reserved

We had reserved and paid for a King size bed "Mountain View" room for our date night, we did not arrive until evening and were given a 2 queen sized with a "partial pool view" instead and were told to put the two queen beds together to make it a king size because they did not have anything available do a cheerleader event going on. We took the room because it was too late to cancel or reserve elsewhere. Besides the fact that we did not get a big bed, we were constantly awaken by what sounded like screaming and laughing super loud girls. We had stayed there before in a King size bed with mountain view before and had loved the experience, so we returned thinking it would be the same. I know for sure we won't be doing it again.
