The rooms definitely need some TLC. Patio chairs and curtains were stained. Curtains were hanging on by only a few clips. Had to have the tub fixed so it would drain. The hot water tap at the sink could turn 360 degrees and everything in the bathroom had old caulking. Definitely not worth the price. Didn't even have our room ready when we arrived at 4:30pm

Room Was just fine, There was not enough focus on cleaniless and service was poor and Young guy in check in counter was rude. Towels were not readily available - shortage of towels. Fire pit had a technical issue which would take a week to fix it. I would rate this as 2.5 out of 5. will not visit this property again. Ideally I would like a refund for my stay

Not worth the stay rooms are old and dirty you can smell the dirty carpet nothing is included to do here you would think since your paying all that money to stay at this resort but you have to pay for every amenities I understand paying to do the golf which was really expensive then they tell you what to wear! False advertising they say there’s things inside and included but there isn’t ,But to play the games outside they charge for that to you would think all that they charge for they would upgrade the rooms at least, front desk girl wasn’t very nice when we checked in. Overall find another place worth it if your paying so much for a room might as well find a nicer place for the same amount NOT HERE oh ya and you have to pay for there expensive breakfast that wasn’t worth it ! Won’t be coming back

The hotel offer gorgeous view with a golf course and mountain view. The room is clean, but not updated. Highly recommended!

I am writing to share feedback about my recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards I have come to expect as a Hilton Honors member. Upon arrival, the check-in process felt rushed and unwelcoming. The staff member immediately requested identification, processed our keys, and moved on to the next guest without offering any information. We had to ask about directions to our room, parking options, and restaurant hours ourselves. When we entered the room, we noticed several maintenance issues: Electrical outlets in the bathroom and behind the television were loose and not secured to the wall, and the room door had multiple scratches and was in need of repainting. Overall, the room appeared outdated and in need of refreshing. Additionally, we did not receive the cookies typically offered at check-in. When we inquired at the front desk, the staff member informed us that cookies are only given at check-in and reluctantly provided them “this time only.” As loyal Hilton Honors members who have stayed at many Hilton properties, this experience was disappointing both in terms of customer service and room aesthetics. We hope this feedback helps improve future guest experiences.
