Besides being so close to downtown, the rental was absolutely perfect. Your directions and helpful information about house rules and entering the gate and home were easy to follow. Information regarding restaurants and other local attractions was helpful as well. The rental itself, was perfectly clean, furnished comfortably with everything we needed. Although our dog did not accompany us this time, the treats and bowl were a nice touch. We appreciated the supplies, such as coffee and Keurig with pods. We didn't cook as we went out to brunch (so close) 2 of the 3 days and spent the days at Stagecoach. Honestly, everything needed was supplied. Loved the desk upstairs as I had to work a little in the morning, so it was a very comfortable and convenient spot to set up my laptop. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable and clean with a well stocked kitchen and bath. The furnishings and paintings have changed somewhat from the images and was a little more crowded and not as light and bright. But still very nice and a short driving distance to downtown and the airport.

This was our second stay here. The location is great. The area is super quiet and relaxing. We travel with an older dog, and she loves to lay in the sun in the outdoor area. The spa is always great, and it is an easy walk to some of our favorite places downtown. The space is always very well kept and very clean. Definitely recommend.

Our stay was perfect! The location is so close to everything and easy to access (parking right next to unit). Very quiet area with all the amenities you need. We always prefer room to spread out when traveling and the condo was just what we were looking for. Would book again if in the area.

Robert's condo was incredible. Close enough to downtown PS to get there easily, but super quiet and cozy. Perfect for solo or couple travelers. Very well appointed and looks just like the pictures. Robert is super responsive and was gracious with me, when I had to text him a couple times when I struggled with locking the gate (user error on my part). Definitely would stay there again. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, very fluffy and soft!

The perfect place for a small group!

It was a great and relaxing visit. The host was easy to communicate with! I’d give a 4.5 stars because the directions kept taking us to a different location and there weren’t enough towels but those are minor details. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

We are so happy we found Robert’s condo. Secured parking was just steps from the front door (really nice when carrying in the groceries!). Fantastic location on the edge of the Movie Colony. Kitchen appliances were all first rate. We were there for a month and really came to appreciate the laundry facilities right in the unit. We had virtually no need to contact Robert but on the few occasions we did, he was really quick to respond.
