Very friendly staff and super clean building and room. Buffet breakfast was not as great as anticipating based on reviews I had read. Not much change up or variety. Pool was smaller than expected. Near plenty of shops but if you walk nothing is closer than 30 minutes.

Front desk check in was quick and friendly. The hotel is only two floors so it's not too big. Room has all the amenities. Super comfortable bed. Breakfast was one of the best ever. Protein options and not just carbs. There were some gluten free muffins and almond milk available for those with food sensitivities. Very walkable and safe area.

The staff were nice and courteous. We really enjoyed the coffee machine in the lobby. It served very good coffee. The breakfast was very good. The only thing that needed improvement was the hallways needed to be vacuumed better. Our room was next to the exit to the pool and there were some sand bags there and sand all over the entrance mat and carpet.

I was on a business trip. So, I showered, slept and had breakfast. Convenient free parking. The service was friendly and efficient; although, I was not able to get early check in. My room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. USB charging ports. WiFi spotty/ weak. Overall, a nice comfortable overnight stay

Everything was broken in the room.. the fridge, the tub stopper didn’t work so my daughter couldn’t take a bath, the sheets were dirty as well as the pillows. The room above us was extremely noisy as well.

Room was loud, lots of noise from above, hallway and housekeeping. It is dangerous to mop floors during business hours, especially while breakfast is being served. It felt like we bothering staff when asking and interacting.

Bfast was not done as we left early but I had no coffee in the room, no cream, had to go ask for it. No sweetner. Coffee maker was not cleared of the previous guest. Furniture seems all mismatched, towels were rough not soft at all. Sheets were not soft, bedding was not great. AC was very loud and it was either freezing or hot!

It's a nice facility, conveniently located. From 11:30 pm to about 2 AM there was just yelling and door slamming in the hallway. At one point I called the front desk to report. Nothing was done.
