Bright, bold, and built for a crowd — this four-bedroom Palm Springs pool house puts the San Jacinto Mountains right behind your deep end. Behind the carved mint-green front door: 2,200+ square feet of sunlit, wide-open living, two separate lounge areas, a full chef's kitchen, and sliders opening onto the pool deck from nearly every room. Spotless, comfortable, and every bit as fun as it looks.
**THE BACKYARD**
The pool is the whole point, and it delivers. A generous rectangular pool with an attached jacuzzi sits at the center of a fully walled, hedge-lined yard — total privacy, no neighbors looking in. **Both the pool and spa can be heated on request**, so the water's perfect whenever you visit.
Six chaise loungers line the deck, and a shaded patio table seats six under a bright umbrella. A full-size gas BBQ is ready to go. Come evening, the mountains turn pink behind the palms — the best sunset seat in the valley, and you never leave home for it.
**THE KITCHEN**
This one's set up for people who actually cook. Gas range under a stainless hood, full-size side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker — plus quality cookware, a full knife block, mixing bowls, sheet pans, and utensils already in the drawers. Cabinets are stocked with wine glasses, tumblers, everyday dishes, and a cocktail shaker.
Bright shaker cabinets and a herringbone marble backsplash keep it cheerful, with counter space to spare when several people cook at once. Three velvet barstools pull up to the breakfast bar, and a sunny nook seats four beside the slider to the pool — the natural spot for morning coffee.
**LIVING SPACES**
Two distinct lounge areas mean the group can spread out instead of stacking up.
The front living and dining room is pure Palm Springs: mid-century seating, a vintage brass chandelier over a glass table for six, and a hand-painted geometric mural guests photograph every stay. Arched picture windows flood it with desert light.
Toward the back, a second den offers a deep velvet sectional and soft poufs — the after-dinner room, or the movie room when the kids need somewhere to land. Between the two spaces sits a dramatic pass-through stone fireplace, open on both sides and yours to enjoy on cool desert evenings.
**SLEEPING**
Four bedrooms, thoughtfully arranged for families and mixed groups. Every bed is dressed in crisp white hotel linens with plush duvets and extra pillows.
-Primary — King bed, Statement poppy wallpaper, velvet channel headboard, smart TV, mirrored closet, and a full-length dressing mirror.
-Bedroom 2 — King bed. Teal wingback bed, smart TV, mid-century nightstands, wireless phone charger bedside.
-Bedroom 3 — Two Queen beds. Palm-leaf wallpaper, smart TV, ceiling fan, luggage racks and a hanging rack. Perfect for two couples or four friends.

**THE NEIGHBORHOOD**
You're in Racquet Club West, one of Palm Springs' quiet, established north-end pockets — wide streets, big lots, mature palms, and postcard mountain views in every direction. It's residential and calm, but you're only about five minutes from downtown.
That puts the restaurants and shops of North Palm Canyon Drive, Thursday night VillageFest, and the Aerial Tramway within easy reach. The airport is about ten minutes away, and Joshua Tree, the Indian Canyons trails, and a dozen golf courses are a comfortable drive.
**COME SEE FOR YOURSELF**
Whether it's a multi-generational family trip, a reunion with old friends, or a long weekend of doing nothing but floating — this house was made for it. We keep it clean, we keep it stocked, and we're here if you need anything.
