Terrible customer service specially the front desk guy Name David.
Unfortunately, my experience fell far below the level of professionalism and hospitality I expected, and I believe these concerns warrant your immediate attention.
1. Unprofessional Front Desk Service
Upon check-in, the front desk associate greeted us with the inappropriate comment: âOh, everyone is coming nowââin an unfriendly tone. There was no proper welcome, no explanation of the check-in process, and no courtesy such as a simple âthank you.â To make matters worse, when referencing hotel policies, the same staff member stated dismissively: âOh, nobody reads those.â This behavior was unprofessional and unwelcoming.
2. Inappropriate Response to Guest Request
When we requested pool towels, the staff memberâs response was, âStand in the sun, youâll get dry.â This comment was not only dismissive but completely unacceptable for someone in a guest service role.
3. Cleanliness Issues
The room itself was in poor condition and far below standard:
âą Insects crawling on the bathroom floor.
âą Hairs left in the bathtub.
âą Popcorn on the chairs.
âą Stained linens on the bed.
These issues are unacceptable and do not reflect the cleanliness and comfort expected of a hotel stay.
4. Noise Complaint Ignored
We also reported a noise disturbance from another room, but nothing was done to address the situation. As a result, we were unable to sleep for most of the night.
