Toilet so low I might as well have sat on the floor; no waste basket in room (but one in bathroom). Room VERY basic, kind of tired looking, window would not open But.. exceptionally helpful staff person (Amber) who kept at it until she got it open. Decoration (?) of room too somber (browns) needs to be brighter.

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. Room smelled terrible. Drapes didn’t keep out streetlights so it was hard to sleep. No USB plug. Very uncomfortable mattresses. Obnoxious lighting. Only 2 hangers. Only one trash can. Soap smelled like Playdoh. Front desk staff at check in/out weren’t very friendly—-seemed tired/bored/disinterested.
