They made it so easy for me to extend my stay. I did not need to leave my room or anything. Just booked it through Expedia told them i was extending if they can help me. They took care of it and I was free to enjoy another day at the property... rooms are so spacious, clean, ac actually works, friendly staff. And a 711 on the corner hahaha ill be back!

A good place for the price

The hotel is decent. It's a little rough around the edges, but for the price, it's appropriate. The neighborhood is nice and there's a nice restaurant next door called "Boozehounds." It has a pool, which I didn't use because it was too hot. The hotel room is adequate, clean, but just a little worn out is all - again, reflective of the price. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay, considering the price point. I was traveling by myself and just had to run errands while in town, so didn't need to really use the pool anyways. It looked refreshing, but not much shade, mostly looked like cement. Good neighborhood, restaurant next door.

A great hotel for those on a budget

Nice stay, friendly staff and the room was comfortable although needs updating. Pool area quiet however bins not emptied during our stay. Perfect for someone on a budget who’s looking for basic clean accommodation. Several restaurants within walking distance however they close at 9pm on weekdays and 10pm on the weekends. We loved the resident cat Monroe who came to say hello from time to time. Overall, a perfect stay for anyone passing thru Palm Springs.

Bathroom needs a remodel- yellowing tub, broken toilet seat, splatters on walls and door. Otherwise, it was quiet and convenient. The desk girls were friendly and check-in was easy. Can’t speak on the state of the pool, as we did not use it.

My husband was hospitalized with a stroke and my rental cargo van had broken down in the driveway. I had to stay here because of my dog. The shower valve was so hard to pull in and out. The staff were not at all compassionate or even courteous to me. Funny how they had to charge me $30 for late check out when they were less than 10% occupied.

Never again.

Terrible overall impression. The description of the rooms, grounds, and pool in the hotels.com site is a big fat lie. There is no room service. There is no comfort amenities at all. No coffee, no microwave, no 8am check in unless you pay extra. The pool was so dirty and hot, only 4ft deep, and no poolside bar. One ice machine for the entire hotel, which runs out of ice by mid day. Skip this place. Not worth it.

Room was not like pictures on the website, bathroom had stains on the wall, tiles were coming up. Our rooms door looked like it had been kicked at one point in the bottom left corner…it did not close properly. The doors could use another lock on them as the one on it did NOT feel safe at all. I was traveling alone with my two kids, they were even iffy about the place.

The floors in my room were filthy. Just walking around a short while, my white socks were nearly black on the bottom. The hotel seems poorly maintained and dirty everywhere. I won't stay there again.

Sadly it was clean and that's about all that was good. No ADA room even tho I was told I'd get one. Beds were too soft. Not one comfy chair to sit on. Toilet seat was loose and sliding. AC started making noises and I had to turn it off at night to sleep. Ground floor still has steps or landscape to navigate. ONE ice machine! The door was tweaked and didn't close seamlessly and you had to push it closed.
