I really liked the spacious studio with a full kitchen. Very convenient if you're staying for a few days. The property is clean and quiet and the location is central to many restaurants and shops. The only downside was that upon checking out there was nobody in the office and when you call the number listed you get forwarded to a vmail. I wasn't able to get my receipt for a couple of days after checking out. It took a couple of calls to get my receipt emailed to me. I think if i had an issue with the room it would have been a problem seeing that there wasn't anyone around to assist. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

The office staff were amazing, helpful, and accommodating through the extent of my stay. The housekeepers were very attentive and clean of any and all places and spaces, and the hotel itself is beautiful well kept and has extra amenities like coin laundry, lush grass area for doggos, and a cute little coffee shop that offers juices and smoothies as well.

Room 203 is not what I was expecting. You’re off to the side and don’t have a patio or balcony over looking the pool area. There’s a busy road and a liquor store behind that gets a lot of traffic. The accessibility in the parking lot is not that great. Staff is nice.

Room was fine They upgraded me for free which was nice. But they had the room AC set at 61°and had left the windows wide open. Such a waste of energy. The outside lights were very bright and lit ip the room at night even with the "blackout" curtains closed.
