First room, tv just leaning against the wall. Smoke alarm disabled. Cockroaches also. Second room, walking sound from second floor was horrible. Checked out two days early, forfeited one night room charge. Office staff member was not friendly or helpful.

I couldn't stay at this location because my brother didn't bring his ID. I made the reservation and I have a Arizona driver's licence. What do they need other ocupants ID for? Not happy with this motel 6 at all.

There was nothing provided in the bathroom: no shampoo, no Kleenex, no lotion. The floor was pretty dirty and the bathroom towel rack was so dusty, I cleaned it myself. However, we could walk easily to mountain trails, restaurants and grocery store.

Avoid at all costs

Sheets were stained, room was stale and old, things were falling apart. I wouldn’t be surprised if they did hourly rentals. Absolutely better off sleeping in your car then going into this place.

Poor reception service very unfriendly

When I arrived the night manager on duty Said my reservation was canceled because of nonpayment although booked through Hotels.com she didn’t respect Hotels.com. I had to drive home back to San Diego the next day. The day manager to cover her night manager friend did not want to refund my money and now I have to go through the credit card company to resolve this very disappointed. I would not recommend this Motel 6 to anybody whether you booked through them or Hotels.com.

Horrible stay

Got there late and we were checking in and was told only 2 rooms available that we had reserved. Another family had already looked at rooms and they were picking the one they wanted. We got left over room. When we opened the door it smelled like Urine!!!! Floor was dirty, light in bathroom was broken, cup stains, stained towels, bathroom mirror was dirty, overall very unclean! Asked to be moved and was told we would have to downgrade but there was no price adjustment. New room wasn’t much better. Stained beds and stained towels. Very run down.

The place was dirty, the room had live cockroaches. Told office staff and was given a "so what" attitude. Terrible service. Replacement room was in terrible shape with peeling furniture and bathroom fan hanging loose from ceiling. Replaced with yet another room after complaining to Expedia and while it was in better shape, shower light was broken, and rusted so likely been like that a long time. The pavement leading to the office had remnants of dried out vomit. There was a homeless person hanging around near the room. This is a place to avoid. And avoid rooms 103 and 105 as both rooms are infested with roaches.

Very disappointed

Towels were not white. They were dirty looking and in short supply. No hot water first day.First night we were awaken at 4:30 am with loud voices for about 1/2hr. Second day we were awaken at 3am for over 1 1/2hr with loud voices coming from office area. The tv did not work and the fire alarm expired and dead batteries. Would not recommend.

The room was only stocked with a bar of soap. If you wanted shampoo and conditioner you had to purchase it from the vending machine
