Located in historic, central Palm Springs. This home has been completely remodeled inside and out, with classic modern Palm Springs style.
Enjoy the spectacular mountain views from your covered deck overlooking the private, heated, salt water pool and spa. The outdoor living area includes covered and open patios, a dining area, propane fire pit and gas barbecue plus a lawn. Everything you need to enjoy the great Palm Springs weather.
A spacious open great room is the heart of the home. The living room features a vaulted ceiling, a gas fireplace, TV with cable DVR & DVD. It opens to the dining area and a chef's kitchen. The dining area opens directly out to the pool and outdoor living area. The custom kitchen is fully stocked and features stainless appliances, walnut cabinets, classic white quartz counters and an island where guests can gather while you cook or just cook up a cocktail.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, private bath and direct access to the back yard. A queen bed in the second bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms in the third share access to the hall bath. There is an inside laundry room.
Rockette Ranch is located in Palm Springs’ historic El Mirador neighborhood. Named for one of the first resorts that made Palm Springs a destination for Hollywood and the world. Today it's a quiet neighborhood escape with easy access to shops, restaurants, museums, night life, and all that Palm Springs has to offer.

Wonderful, quiet, private home located within walking distance to Palm Canyon Drive and two streets away from the Movie Colony and many star's homes. The owner, Colin, met us at check in and walked us through the property showing us how to use the pool, spa and all the home's features plus made sure we had his contact information if we had any questions. Home was spotless, kitchen contained everything we needed including outside gas BBQ - we cooked most meals at the home plus enjoyed countless hours in the very private pool, spa and sunning area. We are already planning our return.

Colin as always was great to communicate with. This is our second visit to Rockette Ranch and we have already booked our third! The house is well maintained with very comfortable beds and furniture. The outdoor space provides lots of shade which was sorely needed during our heat wave visit. The kitchen is well stocked and be able to park one car in the garage was a welcomed bonus. Highly recommend Colin and Rockette Ranch.

We absolutely loved staying at Rockette Ranch! The house was well stocked and extremely comfortable. Our host was extremely helpful and communicative during our 2 week stay. The house is convenient to so many things in Palm Springs and the surrounding area. The pool and spa along with the outside area were great and we took advantage of them almost everyday. It was really nice having the heated pool especially since during the 2nd week the temperatures were a little cooler. The views of the mountains from the pool area were just outstanding and could not get enough. What a wonderful house and host! We will definitely come back to this house!

We love this property, this was our second stay here. Everything is catered for, the pool and garden provides a great spot to chill out. The town is close by and everything from supermarkets to restaurants are only a short distance away.

Colin was wonderful and very accomodating. Some of the furniture has been upgraded since the pictures in the listin which was nice. The pool and spa are prefect - heated pools are my favourite. The layout of the house is also perfect and the area is amazing. My husband used the available bikes to cycle to downtown PS each morning. My only issue is that there was a strange smell in the house like stale cigarette smoke. I don't know if that's what it was but it was stronger in carpeted areas and came on stronger when the air conditioner would start up. This might not be an issue for many people but we're fairly sensitive to odors so this wasn't great for us.

We had a terrific stay. The home is clean and beautifully decorated. It is convenient to all sorts of attractions around Palm Springs. Our only complaint is how difficult it was to convince our son to get out of the pool so that we could explore the area!

We recently stayed in Palm Springs with our 16 and 11 year old as part of our tour of the West Coast / Hawaii. We absolutely loved it here. Everything you could possibly need. Pristinely clean. The pool / jacuzzi was wonderful, views amazing and just perfect. Colin was lovely to deal with too. Our only regret is that we weren’t able to stay longer! We hope to come back one day …….

Fantastic Week in the Desert

We had an amazing time at this home! The interior is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. However, we spent most of our time in the back yard floating around in the pool and lounging. The views of the mountain from the pool are simply stunning. In addition, the neighborhood is very quiet and convenient to downtown. We will definitely be back!

Fab house in great location

House was perfect for us. Great layout, kitchen very well equipped with everything our family needed. Nicely furnished with mid-century pieces. Beds were amazing. Outside area was a perfect size with great sun coverage and plenty of space to catch rays. Easy walk through Movie Colony into downtown Palm Springs but far enough away to o be very serene. Excellent. Will definitely be back.

Cleanest vrbo we've ever stayed in.

We were really impressed with Colin's home. It was super clean and well-designed for our family of 4. The hot tub heater worked very well and quickly and we were out in the pool multiple times a day. It's in a great location, close to downtown and all the places we wanted to visit. If you were motivated, it's a pretty easy walk over to Palm Canyon Drive. We would definitely stay here again.
