Comfortable & incredible beds!

Hotel was great, clean and room was incredibly comfortable. Didn’t realise it was going to be full of families the weekend we stayed or had that attraction so the pool was full of families and kids so couldn’t really relax by it. There was also no hotel bar which I probably should have caught onto when booking!

First time to this property. In need of some TLC. Rooms are nice, staff is very helpful surprisingly, considering how non-customer service oriented the gentleman at the front desk was. If I was an owner or manager of this establishment, I would be embarrassed by this individual. He is not a good representative of what Homewood suites are about. Customer service and hospitality go a long long way when applied properly.
