Overall an excellent experience. Outgoing very friendly desk staff and housekeeping especially for giving up their parking for us since the free parking lot was full during Pride Festival weekend. It had reasonable room charges during weekend festival.

All went well. We were surprised of the location to the Thursday Street Festival and the cleanliness of the Hotel and surrounding area. The room was great, the shower had good amount of hot water and pressure. The bed was comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. The staff were all very warm and inviting. We are very delighted with our stay.

We loved this hotel, location, mainly the staff and service, Jordan, Beatriz, and Im sorry I forgot the other two amazing ladies names. The staff was so accomodating, and made our stay great. Rooms are clean, location to downtown, other surrouding cities (if you have a car) great!!

Check in was fast and easy! Parking was very accessible and the room accommodated my needs. It was in walking distance from all the places I needed to go. The staff was friendly and helpful from the front desk to the room caretakers. Would definitely recommend.
