The Dunes lobby is very nice, modern, and looks to be newly renovated. Walking in to check in I was very impressed and excited to see the room. While the rooms were nice size and had comfy beds there were some things I didn’t like. Once you leave the lobby all the hallways are open aired and very hot in the summer. There is only one elevator to the room in the 2nd & 3rd floors. It is the oldest, tiniest, and sketchiest elevator I’ve been in. I took it once and used the stairs after that. The pool and outdoor areas are comfy. The pool was super warm and due to it being very deep people crowd around the stairs and shallow end. I like that you can bring your own drinks/food to pool area. The hotel is on the cheaper side so there were a lot of kids running around, diving, and not being supervised. If you are looking to relax outside or at the pool I would skip this hotel and go to an adults only one. Over all it was good for the price, but we will probably try something else on our next trip.

Awful hotel this 3rd time staying here. This time towels dirty with brown stains. Bed spread stain. The workers one of them make he was changing trash bin not welcoming. It took 20 mins for the shower to get hot. Mainly the dirty towels was a deal breaker for deal breaker
