This is my second time staying here at Worldmark Indio. I didn’t get a chance to review the first stay so I will average both ratings out. First stay was great, concierge was professional and very knowledgeable. Our room was fairly close to the pool area (building 6). I spent the majority of my time in the lazy river which was very relaxing, yet the lazy river itself was somewhat dirty and got a lot dirtier by end of day. I took my kids with me for the 2nd stay. Our room was very far from the kid pool but close to the arcade. The building we stayed in was on the opposite side of the property from where I first stayed (bldg 15). This building was a lot noisier all throughout the day and night. Doors slamming, rapid footsteps and voices were heard from my room on all sides, especially upstairs. None of the remote controls for the tvs in the room worked. Programming instructions were on the back of the remote in which I tried to troubleshoot countless times and had no luck. I wasn’t too concerned about television though. Overall, room was clean and well stocked with towels. Everything on property is pretty pricy so I recommend bringing your own food and essentials. I spent a lot of money at the arcade and my kids really enjoyed it. You can easily spend $100 in less than an hour in there. Each game is anywhere between $2-$5 per play. Also, everything is self contained. You will do your own dishes, and take your trash out. I had no room service for either stay. 3.7 rounded up.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We have an annual girls trip and the price and the lazy river caught our attention. We LOVED the lazy river! The room was perfect for our group of 5 ( could fit 6). Very clean and had all the features we needed. The Murhpy bed was comfortable. We are looking forward to returning next year!

My dad recently passed away, & this wld my 1st Father's Day w/o him, & also my birthday. Decided last minute to getaway for that wkend. Wanted a beautiful environment w a great pool to relax & fun stuff for my boys (13 and 10) Bookd 3nights based on reviews, photos, amenities & affordable price. This trip exceeded all of my expectations. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath, full kitchen was AMAZING! Spacious, clean & had everything we needed to feel like home. 3 tvs, one room w 2twin beds, master suite w king bed & its own bathroom, living room w plenty of seating, Murphy bed & dining table. We spent every day floating on the lazy river, boys loved the arcade & kids activities. Everyone was so friendly, staff & guests. Truly a wonderful experience & we can't wait to do it again. The only thing that was a turn off was that i was unaware that this was a timeshare resort. As soon as we entered the lobby to check in, there were at least 10 employees walking around w clipboards, passing out drinks, & families standing around tables getting the sales pitch from staff ... it felt like a busy car dealership. I was immediately anxious & uncomfortable. Once we checked in, which was quick & easy, we were then assigned a "guest relations" person to "get us our welcome packet". I knew the pitch was coming, so i headed it off by informing them that my father just died, all i wanted was to relax, & I was not interested in a sales pitch. They were vry kind & let us go w out push
