The staff was very nice and they were courteous. But there was no elevator in this hotel. The breakfast was good. They had construction going on on the first floor. I had to walk up three flights of stairs with my heavy luggage because they had no elevator. And they had no cable access only local channels no access to YouTube Netflix or prime video. My overall rating for Lago Palmas’s a four out of 10.

Boa localização, péssimo conforto.

Boa localização, café da manhã razoável, mas péssimo conforto, hotel com instalações antigas, impossível de ter uma noite de sono adequada, todo o barulho dos quartos vizinhos e principalmente do corredor, são ouvidos dentro do quarto, uma vez que todos os quartos sao voltados para um unico espaço, o hotel deveria melhorar esta questao, com melhor isolamento, ou ao menos orientar os hóspedes a não ficarem conversando alto ou fazendo barulho durante a madrugada nestes espaços, impossivel de dormir!

fiquei nos quartos do fundo. bem simples. rejuntes do banheiro estavam sujos, tv não funcionava, estão em obras (barulho de manha). sem sabonete na pia, só no chuveiro (mas era liquido e pregado na parede). ar condicionado ok.

A pousada tinha uma ótima localização , mas o conforto dos quartos ficaram a desejar, cama não era confortável , travesseiros baixos , solicitamos mais na recepção pra melhorar a dormida, e a tv não pegava os canais e muitos menos Netflix, pelo menos não conseguimos conectar.

Tive uma excelente experiência no Hotel Lago da Palma durante minha estadia em Palmas. O hotel oferece um ambiente muito agradável, com quartos amplos, limpos e confortáveis, proporcionando uma ótima noite de descanso. A localização é excelente, facilitando o acesso a diversos pontos da cidade, restaurantes e comércios. O café da manhã é bem servido, com uma variedade de opções saborosas para começar bem o dia. O atendimento da equipe foi um grande diferencial: funcionários atenciosos, prestativos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Além disso, o hotel tem um ótimo custo-benefício para quem busca conforto e comodidade. Recomendo o Hotel Lago da Palma para quem estiver em Palmas, seja a passeio ou a trabalho.
