This was our first VRBO rental and it did not disappoint! Fantastic location, beach is just steps away. Just a short drive to all the popular 30a area restaurants. Home was beautiful and well equipped. Ivan was responsive and helpful. Will def book again!

Good Enough for now has a great location near a beach walkover and was clean. We love Carillon Beach and have stayed in other homes before. This home was very nice but a big surprise was no doors on two of the three bathrooms. Our kids brought friends and it was very awkward - even a curtain for some privacy would be great.

Exceptional Property for All Ages

Good Enough for Now was all it was advertised to be, close to the beach, spotless, first class accommodations and kid friendly! My 4 yr old granddaughter loved the bathtub.The games and books were enjoyed by all. Because we flew in, we needed groceries and Walmart delivered to Good Enough for Now.The host, Ivan was amazing, answering any question almost immediately. Thank you, Ivan!Highly recommend!

Beautiful property with view of ocean!

We loved the tower room with a view of the ocean! House is in very close proximity to the beach walkover which was a huge plus. We loved how the provided beach chairs and umbrella were placed close to the water. Communication with our host was great! Any question we had was answered quickly. The kitchen had everything we needed and the deck off the second floor was very nice. Overall a very nice stay and we will return !

Another great stay!

This is our family‘s second time staying at this home. We all love the Carillon Beach community, and my children specifically request this house due to its proximity to the beach, as well as the crows nest where they love sitting at all hours of the day coloring, listening to music, and talking. I love that this is a privately owned house. The owner is extremely easy to communicate with and while we did not have any issues during this day, I’m sure he would quickly attend to them if there were. We are already planning our next trip to Carillon!

Love this house so much!

Every time we stay in Carillon, we choose a different property to stay at. This house has been our favorite so far!! Love the lookout room at the top of the house. Where we spent all of time when we were in the house. Super clean, perfect for our family of 5!

Beyond Peaceful!

The house is a cozy little cottage next to the beach in a beautiful neighborhood. The beach access is a mear 20 steps. The beach is calm and relaxing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Would recommend to any of our friends wanting a nice quiet get away!

Beautiful, Simple, Safe, and Relaxing

We had to best time at “Good Enough for Now”! The teenagers loved their bay window bedrooms. Ample closet spaces, but no doors to bathrooms on two rooms on second floor (master and guest). Third floor has crows nest! Could benefit from a table in the back patio with an umbrella since there’s no dining table.

Property location was excellent, just across from cross over 2. Overall we had a good experience. Few things sheets had several spots in several beds and the living room could have used a dinning table for food and games. However, there is no space/room. We made the bar work. Toilet in the master bedroom was little different, it’s in the shower. The top Crows Nest was pretty awesome to have coffee in the morning. I would stay again, hope this is helpful.

Well located for beach access, property is maintained well; it's best for a couple or family and not a two MBR (two couples) scenario as the second en-suite bathroom is unconventional - super small, no door. The kitchen supports cooking with plenty of equipment. Since there is no dining table, a great feature would be table/chairs (covered or umbrella) on the generous rear patio.

Great getaway

Such a beautiful place. Just FYI, one bedroom does not have a door to the connecting bathroom so you may want that to be for a single person. It appears to be newly updated and hopefully will have some blackout curtains on return visit. 6AM wake up sun came early so bring eye mask. LOL. Ivan, the owner very attentive. Overall, we loved the place and will book back again as soon as we can!
