We really enjoyed our stay at The Board Room, and would not hesitate to stay again. We traveled during spring break, which we hate because of all the craziness, but we had to for our son‘s baseball tournament. Even during the craziness of spring break, this condo and entire complex were calm, chill, & family friendly. I would say the condo was even better in person. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the pond & ocean in the distance. Garrett was a great host & helped me out because I’m technology impaired lol.

very nice place, each morning we would have our coffee out on the balcony watching the turtles in the pond. you can see the ocean from the balcony. location was very nice. Host is very quick to respond to messages. ADDED BONUS a box fan is in the bedroom closets that other host do not think about.

The condo has obviously been recently updated. It's attractive, modern and clean with all new appliances. Convenience to the ocean is great. And the Host provided beach chairs and umbrella are a nice extra. The resident Great Blue Heron greeted us everyday. Very clean, well maintained grounds. Our only issue was noise. It was spring break and the music and noise from the club(s) directly across the street permeated the condo until 1:30-2:00am.

Garrett was one of the best hosts ever! He clearly communicated everything we needed to have a great stay. His condo was very nicely appointed. He had everything you should need. It was very clean, had a nice view and close to the beach. It is a very quiet building with lots of parking.

Our stay at the board room exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped the space was.Everything we needed was provided, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy beds and plenty of room to relax. The location was perfect: quiet enough to truly unwind, yet close to excellent restaurants, shops, and all the PCB attractions. The beach access was easy and convenient, which made our days in the sun effortless and enjoyable.Communication with the host was seamless and friendly. Every question was answered quickly, and helpful tips made our stay even better. You can really tell this place is cared for with pride.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect Panama City Beach getaway. Five stars all the way!

This condo was absolutely beautiful! The owner was very responsive and his goal is to make sure your vacation is seamless and unstressful. Plenty of room, beds were so comfortable, and the resort was so peaceful. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!! Phenomenal Property in PCB

I’ve stayed in many rental properties over the years and can truly describe this one as one of the best. The host has absolutely thought of everything and the intentionality makes for an amazing stay. We felt safe and sound and were pleased to meet a few friendly neighbors while we were heading back and forth from the beach/pool. If you’ve spent much time in “tropical” climates you know how difficult it can be to keep native bugs and such at bay, and this made the cleanliness of the property that much more impressive. I’m a person who is extremely particular about the way I keep my home and found nothing out of place or even a smidge of dust even in the typical, easy to miss places. Cannot recommend this place enough and would be thrilled to stay again in the future. The parking pass fees/armband policy has changed a bit, though this is trivial in comparison to the great experience overall. The host’s passion and desire to deliver a stellar stay was not lost on us. If this rental is available you must give it a try! Grateful to have made this find!

Beach vacation

Garrett's condo is absolutely perfect!! It was clean,comfortable, and convenient to the beach and lots of restaurants and activities. Parking was convenient-right outside the door. He provided beach chairs and umbrellas, which were great! We really enjoyed watching the turtles, coi fish, and cranes in the pond from our balcony. We were also greeted with a snack basket and bottle of wine.It was just a short walk down the walkway to the private beach access to enjoy the snow white sand and crystal clear ocean! We will definitely plan on coming back and definitely recommend this place.Thanks!Sheri

Perfect beach getaway

If you’re looking for a place to stay that gives you the home away from home vibe, this is definitely it. From the time of booking until the end of our trip, the owner communicated with us making sure that we were comfortable. Condo is nicely situated steps away from the beach and right off the strip from several restaurants and activities (go karts, slingshot, arcade, mechanical bull). The condo looks just like the pictures and the view from the balcony/patio is breathtaking. Would definitely stay here again and again!!
