Convenient for beach access

Being able to walk out onto the pool deck and get to the beach without elevators was epic! The balcony was gigantic which was also great. Inside was also spacious and a good layout. We had trouble with the WiFi because the password had been changed but management was prompt in responding. Grocery store is right across the street so you don’t even have to get in your car! The pool was very nice.

Great Family Beach Condo

The condo was very clean and well stocked for our stay. The location is perfect. The accessibility to groceries, restaurants and shopping were excellent. Being so close to the pool was great. Watching the fireworks from the Pier Park area on July 4th was amazing. We have stayed in this complex twice and have loved it. The beach is very quiet and beautiful.

Perfect location, love the layout of condo

Loved almost everything about this condo except the carpet in the bedrooms was sticky and extremely dirty. Would recommend replacing with tile or some other easy to clean surface. Or have the carpet cleaned after every few stays. We had a few creepy crawly visitors during our stay as well, only in the bedrooms with the carpet. We loved the location. Our kids loved the easy access to the pool and beach. We could see our spot on the beach from the dining table. Loved the layout, had a great stay!

The condo was amazing with amazing views. If I had to pick something about the condo it would be all the stuff in the closets, not leaving much room for guests stuff. The property manager had an attitude when I called asking about different things.

Overall, we were pleased! The floors were not cleaned well. Our grandkids feet were black within 30 minutes of being inside! Beds were not comfortable and furnishings could be updated! Location. Is perfect for our needs.

The condo was decorated tastefully! The bedrooms were nice and mattresses were comfortable . It was on the same level as the pool, which was good for when we wanted to use it but bad when the guests were very loud. The condo had a portable dehumidifier running constantly and beeped when it was full. It was only one floor up from garage which was nice to go down steps to garage .

Nice Condo

This condo was nice for our family to get away for a couple of days. The location was great, on the beach and direct access to the pool. We were able to be in the condo and have direct view and access to our kids in the pool. It's a short walk down the stairs to the beach - just make sure you know the gate code! The condo itself needs some improvements. The carpet is stained and very dirty. It was not vacuumed fully and there was dirt and items scattered all over on the carpet. The bar for the toilet paper holder was missing in the master bedroom. We called maintenance and they came, but brought one that was too small. They said they would be back, but never were. The beds are very uncomfortable and made it for three nights of no sleep. The tiles in the kitchen are cracked and loose. Electrical outlet covers are falling off. The location and proximity to the pool and gulf were great, but the condo itself needs some care.

I would have given 5 stars but there were a few things that needed attention. The dishwasher did not work. Light in living room and TV in back bedroom did not work. We loved the condo, the location was great. We will go back.

Everything was great, the only issue was one day the fire alarms were being tested and they kept going off , the one in our condo was jarred out of the ceiling from the vibration, so loud , that was really annoying and ear piercing, too ! Other than that it was awesome !! Had a good time !!

Family Getaway

Loved EVERYTHING about this property. From room placement to pool and beach access. We were family of seven the kids all stayed in the front two bedrooms, which was perfect so my husband and I did not feel like we had to tiptoe when we woke up in the morning pool access was right off the balcony three year old granddaughter loved this. Private beach access was a wonderful did not have to fight to fight crowds for a spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. Beach is private and kept clean. Grocery literally across the street. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay

Our room was very clean and in pretty good condition. There was a lot of construction on the property, which was loud at times and created a parking shortage, but construction is sometimes necessary so not a big deal. I attempted several times to contact management for help with our parking permit but could never find anyone. I ended up making a permit by hand and placing it on the dashboard and didn't have any issues. All in all, a good stay. Our unit was showing its age (old carpet, worn out furniture, etc.) but we had everything we needed and we were comfortable. We'll definitely be back.
