Overall, I give 5 stars. It was a nice facility, security made rounds frequently. This comforted me a great deal for a few reasons. I was on my own. The frame of the door to the condo looked like it had been broken in the past, and repaired cheaply with short cuts. There was a large hole in the frame where the deadbolt goes into it when locking. The door did firmly close and lock though. Had my husband been with me, I would have been more comfortable. The dining room chairs were very heavy and metal. I put 2 of those in front of the door and was able to sleep peacefully. The furniture was clean. I didnât notice any odors or stains on it. Dishes were clean. There wasnât any sand on the floors, which amazes me because, staying on a beach usually brings sand inside no matter how hard you try to avoid it. The only dust I saw was in the bathroom on the vent. The bathrooms had black sinks, tubs, toilets. In the master bathroom, there was a white powdery substance on the toilet rim. It was like bar keepers friend (my guess). This tells me they cleaned the toilet inside, but left on the rim. I didnât see fluid marks on it. I carry sanitizing wipes, thank goodness. Lastly, in the master tub, there were streaks like it wasnât rinsed well. The tub was huge. I wouldnât use it anyway because itâs a jacuzzi tub. I have one at my house and hate those things. Itâs a pain to keep clean. I wouldnât trust that any jacuzzi tub is cleaned âenoughâ to use. I would stay in that exact room again.
