Great House

Our family stayed here with 4 children and 4 adults. The house was identical to the pictures and had so many unexpected items that were available for use! The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary appliances that you might want. We were shocked to see extra beach items available to use during our stay. We were extremely pleased with the home and the communication while we were there! Also, the house is very close to the pool so that was a huge plus since we had young kids with different schedules.

Great house!!

Such a nice spacious open high ceiling floor plan. Great location in the hood across the street from the pool almost and the big chill. Very sound proof quiet place. Golf cart was amazing. Used the bikes to go to nearby Beachy Bean coffee shop and to nearby beach towns! Loved the boogie boards and sand toys so nice having all that to use! Owner super responsive and accommodating. Lots of room for my 2 parents me and my husband and three kids!! Thank so much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Excellent!

We didn’t want to leave. Every was as described. All the provided beach equipment was in excellent shape (not common in my experience). The golf cart was nice to have and added to our enjoyment during our stay. Highly recommend!

Exceeds Expectations

This house exceeded our expectations. The pictures were amazing but it felt so much bigger in person. The location is perfect to hit anything along 30A quickly. The golf cart was a game changer in traveling to the beach, and the chairs and umbrellas were an added bonus. We wouldn't change a thing about our vacation, it was the perfect house, perfect location, and luckily we got a week of perfect weather to boot!

Summer Vacay 2023

We enjoyed our stay on 30A. This was the 3rd stay at this location but different Townhome each time. We love the area and proximity to what we like to do when we visit this area. The Townhome provided everything that we needed for the beach. We enjoyed paying the games that were provided, also.

A great time spent at Let It Beach!

We stayed as a family of four and loved our time spent at Let It Beach. The home was very clean and well maintained. Access to the golf cart and bikes made getting to the beach easy, although the community does not have direct beach access. Supplies for the home and beach were aplenty, including beach towels which was a plus. I would not hesitate to stay at this property in the future.

Perfect family vacation spot

This was our second year at Let it Beach, the Hub, and 30A. We love the house and all the amenities close by. House is always so clean with lots of plus’s. The new golf cart was an awesome surprise!! Everything is well taken care of. We are sure to be back each year until our family needs a bigger space. We love being right across the street from the Hub for kids and family activities. My granddaughter 5yrs loves kids yoga, the dance party, and movies on the big screen!! What a great place!!

Great Stay!

The property was beautiful and a perfect neighborhood for young families. Very convenient to walk across the street to 30A and the golf cart made access to everything (the big chill, seafood market, beach) easy and a lot of fun for our son! Perfect Getaway

Our family had the best time! Very close to community pool and short golf cart ride to the beach so great location. The HUB has all that you need for food/drink, entertainment, and some shopping which we enjoyed everyday. The house was immaculate and the kitchen had all that you needed…sharp knives, nice cookware and dishes, etc. We will definitely be back!

It was perfect!

Everything about this place was perfect. We loved the location with the HUB across the street and all the nightly activities. The shopping, food and coffee shop. So close to the pool!! The beach took coordination but with the golf cart and fun items provided we took lunch and stayed all day!! The house was decorated beautifully so clean and was the perfect size. There’s everything you need even a griddle!!! Such a family/kid friendly location! We’ll be back for sure!!!

Perfection!!

Summer vacation

This home was perfect for our group. It was nice, clean, and felt like a Florida beach home! The layout was perfect - all slept upstairs in comfortable beds and all gathered downstairs with plenty of room. The abundance of towels was really nice and the kids enjoyed playing the Wii and board games as they waited for others to get cleaned up after the day at the beach and again after nightlife shut down around 10P. We got a lot of great use out of the golf cart and bikes to travel to nearby areas and other beach towns. We made daily trips to the HUB - conveniently located across the street - perfect atmosphere for our teenage kiddos. The kitchen was perfect and fully stocked for our ritual of breakfast together before we started the day. Thanks so much for sharing your home - highly recommend for its beauty, comfort, and convenience.

Amazing Location!

Overall, our family of 6 loved everything about our stay at Let it Beach! The location close to The Hub as well as within the complex itself (close to the pool) was great. The golf cart rental addition was beyond worth it as we got to cruise up and down 30A multiple times for various snacks, shopping, etc. and our kids loved it. The home was very clean and as advertised. We wouldn't hesitate to book with them again!
