Great stay at Rosemary Beach. House is very comfortable and the location was great! Private pool was wonderful! Had an issue with the fridge when we checked in and Chris was so responsive and had it replaced the next morning. Would definitely stay again.

The cottage was very clean comfortable and spacious. Everyone was comfortable. The ample parking was excellent. We enjoyed the kitchen and how it easily it functions, as well as the bedrooms each having access to a separate full bath. Location was excellent as well with easy walk to the beach and shops and restaurants. The four bikes were useful as well. Most importantly very quick response from the management Jennifer and Chris with any question about codes etc. We appreciated the cookies, too.

Perfect for our needs

Our hosts quickly responded to our needs when there was a slight mixup when we couldn’t find the travel crib for my 1 year old granddaughter. Chris came and setup the packnplay with new sheets and it worked perfectly for her. One of the main reasons we chose this house was that it already came with the crib and it was one less thing we had to worry about. The beds were all very comfortable and we all slept wonderful although I would agree with another review that the pillows could use a refresh. We loved the pool and weren’t sure we would use it much but we found ourselves using it quite a lot. It was so nice to be able to enjoy it while the baby napped. Everyone was so relaxed by the end of the trip..it was exactly what we needed! Oh..and we loved the ice machine in the laundry room as it easily kept up with our family of ice lovers. The swing on the front porch was quite popular too. Great vacation!

Excellent Communication

Excellent communication with property manager. There was fiber optic work being done near Rosemary Beach and large area was without internet. Property manager provided timely responses when asked for status. Would stay here again.

Perfect trip

The location could not have been better. We drove in pretty late, as it was a very last minute trip. That being said, on spring break, I was surprised I was abel to score such an impressive home. It was a bit chilly, but we had our own pool, which we were able to have heated for an additional daily fee. When we woke up, we were blown away by our surroundings. It's literally like a movie set (I'm from LA). I just couldn't believe how adorable the house, the town, everything is. The home itself came with more than we needed. We even ended up not using 2 of the bedrooms because my 3 kids decided to share the bunk room. That was fun, as a mom, to see. The master bedroom was huge. We had an issue with the smoke alarm beeping, which was resolved quickly by management. They were very communicative before and during our stay. Easy and beautiful walk to the square and the beach. We would definitely stay again. I would note the property does not come with beach toys, chairs, beach towels, so you do need to bring your own or buy them. Not a big deal, but weve stayed in 30A a lot and this was the first place that didn't provide any of that.

Quiet, comfortable stay for family trip

The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for a family of six (parents and adult children) and is dog friendly. It is in a quiet area and right outside the back door is an area to take your dogs out. It’s a close walk to all the shops at Rosemary Beach and to the beach. We had a great Thanksgiving week.

Great time with extended family!

This place is just as described. It is in a great location. There is plenty of room for multiple families. There is so much to do in Rosemary Beach. The bikes and the pool are a wonderful bonus. Owner was so helpful and easy to communicate with.

This was such a wonderful property in such a beautiful area. The home was incredible and had everything six adults needed. The outdoor pool was great when it got too hot outside and the pool cooled us off. 10/10 would stay there again in a heartbeat plus the home was dog friendly.

4th of July visit

Great house! We have stayed at this location in the past and the pool was a fantastic addition. Hosts couldn’t be more accommodating and friendly. Extremely comfortable beds and, unlike some properties we have stayed at in Rosemary, the AC was comfortable (fans also available which was an extra plus). Absolutely recommend Audrey’s Cottage.

Great Cottage

We loved our short stay we had here and will definitely come again. So nice to find a pet friendly property that is well maintained and inviting. Everybody we met was friendly and it's nice just to hang out on the front porch. Pool is just the correct size for the two of us.

Awesome stay near the beach

We absolutely loved Audrey’s Cottage. It was the perfect size for 7 adults (which is hard to find). The owners were very gracious and accommodating. The house is decorated so well with all the comforts of home. It is close to all the shopping, eateries and beach. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay. We will be back!

Great Home in Perfect Location

The home was perfect for our family. The area is beautiful and close to all of the activities in Rosemary. We walked and biked everywhere. The neighborhood pools are beautiful and worth visiting, but the the pool at the home is also a great spot to relax after a day at the beach. I would recommend renting a cart to attach to a bike (four included) for carrying stuff to the beach, Easy five minute bike ride to the walk-over, but a little too far to carry the cooler. Five minute walk to center of town for dinner/shopping. We would love to come back!

Absolutely PERFECT home and vacation!!

We've used Vrbo many times & I have never left a review before but I knew I needed to share our wonderful experience. Chris & Jennifer were the perfect hosts & and the home could not have been better! Check~in was seamless. My kids loved the cookies! The house was super clean and decorated BEAUTIFULLY. It is warm and inviting and you feel right at home in this gorgeous space! They answered all of my questions prior to us going (I had a bunch!); I had a special request & they made it happen!; and responded super quickly to questions while there. We loved the front porch to relax or enjoy morning coffee; the pool was just right! (It was deeper that I expected! ;) The icemaker was a Godsend! Master bed was very comfortable! Master shower was beautiful and huge! This is the best location in Rosemary Beach! Right by the greenspace with the concerts/evening entertainment and our pup loved going on walks there. Thank you for including the bikes! We used them constantly! (bring baskets if you have alot of gear like us) When I asked my kids what was their favorite part of this vacation (there was SO many to choose from!), one said 'THE HOUSE' (this is a teenager!). Yes, it's that phenomenal! I *MAY* have emailed Jenn & Chris that I was thinking of being a squatter here instead of going home. I cannot confirm nor deny. ;-) THANK YOU CHRIS and JENNIFER for sharing your beautiful home with us and being such wonderful hosts!! This was my favorite vacation EVER!
