This was a great house perfectly positioned in between Alys Beach and Rosemary. The management company was one of the best we have ever experienced! They left amazing towels and yeti cups as a gift and were super friendly when I asked some questions. The home is perfect for family as we took the downstairs room while kids had the whole upstairs with plenty of room and a gaming area for the boys. The kitchen has all you need to cook if you want! We met the owner briefly bc she wanted to get into the garage and she was lovely and ended up bringing us a bottle of wine for any inconvenience-which it wasn’t. We had the Hibachi guy come who cooked on the back patio where there was plenty of room for our cousins who came for dinner. I would def book this home again!

Girls trip

I brought my daughter and six of her college friends from TCU for the week. The house was so clean and looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was fully stocked too! We used the bikes that came with the house, everyday. It was a perfect fit for our group and I will definitely be back!

Great family get a way

Beautiful home, spacious for everyone to have their own space. Everything someone could possibly need! A little further from beach than our family would like with small beach area. We actually went down to the public beach to have room. The pool is gorgeous and enormous but had no chairs available several times. We managed both of these because we had all adults but I could see it being difficult with children. Cute shops are close by and lots of great restaurants. Overall I would stay again. The owners have put so much thought into everything provided making you feel comfortable and accommodated!

Lovely!

We loved this house! It was beautiful and well appointed- the kitchen had every tool you could imagine! The only downside was that the kitchen had no pantry or dedicated food storage space - we cleaned out one cabinet and utilized the bar cart to make it work, though! One note - the bunk room upstairs did have pocket doors, so we were able to close off those kiddos at night (thank goodness - it doesn’t show in the pictures!) Overall we loved our stay - Seacrest is amazing, the house was gorgeous, and these hosts were responsive

Pretty house

This house was beautiful and in a great location. A few notes- the cleanliness of the kitchen was not great.. crumbs left all over counter and floors from previous renters. Couch was white which really showed stains- didn’t want to sit on it. Kind of gross.

Spring Break ‘22 at the Roundup

My husband and I took our kids, spouses, and grandkids to 30A for our first trip together in a long time. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The house is so beautifully decorated yet cozy. We really loved the outdoor patio and fire pit in the evenings for hanging out. I love all the books and games provided in the TV console. Such an unexpected bonus. The bikes were a big hit with the family as well. Great location and easy access to restaurants, shops, the pool and of course the beach!!!! Thank you for your Texas hospitality!

Cozy Beach House

We had a wonderful stay! The house was a very cozy place. Loved the outdoor back patio and the balcony off of the primary suite. The kitchen had literally every cup, plate, bowl, prep item you could every want or need! Washing machine and dryer worked great. There is a small storage room by the outdoor shower with lots of beach items. We would definitely stay here again.

Great time great place

We stayed for our fall break we loved the house and proximity to everything. You can tell the owners thought through everything the house needed for a great experience. We had a great experience and so did our kids and the nanny had the downstairs master while we were all upstairs. We would definitely recommend it!

Perfect weekend getaway!

We had a small bachelorette weekend for my sister. There was a total of 6 of us. Waaay more space than we needed, but perfect for our needs. The house is beautifully decorated and Uber clean. Would highly recommend!

WONDERFUL GET AWAY

We had so much family time from playing games, riding bike, swimming, and beaching. The house had everything we needed and MORE. It was comfortable and clean. We loved the quiet dead end street and coziness of the neighborhood. We will be back!

It had everything we needed!

The property had everything we needed to feel at home. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were large and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for our large group of 9. The team pick up is around the corner from the home and Peddlers Pavilion was just a short walk (we had golf carts and bikes) The management company needs to remember to clean/assess the BBQ. There was food on it and it was out of propane. That is our only complaint! We will stay here again next year!

Staying during Hurricane Elsa!

We've rented homes in the past 15 years in this area due to family living there. This was the ONLY home that was well equipped with small amenities....things that often are forgotten when traveling, dishwasher soap, garbage bags, etc. Included welcome basket and binder with things to do and phone numbers was much appreciated.

Super relaxing property in a beach town.

The property was very clean, spacious, and felt like home. It was easy to rewind and relax after a long day at the beach. The beach access was crowded, but nearby drivable public beaches were more open. Very nice amenities overall.

Family vacation

Our extended family of 10 has been coming to Seacrest Beach for 4 years. We found this house when our previous one was not available. It is very spacious and perfect for the range of ages we had 4-76. The teens had they=it own spaces to hang when they wanted to but we all gathered in the living room for movies and dining room table for puzzles and games. The kitchen was well equipped with so much equipment, glassware, dishes and serving ware. We would ask for more silverware, but maybe that has walked off. The deck area and porch were wonderful for relaxing. There are so many things to mention, but I will end on the fact that we will return.

Perfect Seacrest Property!

This house is on a quiet dead end street, so there is virtually no traffic. The layout of the home is perfect for an extended family and the kids rooms were fantastic! All of the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the two porches were perfect. We hope to rent this house again when we return as we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
