On the Sand

Loved our stay. Very roomy and the ceiling to floor bank of sliding doors even in the master bedroom was beautiful. It was so nice to be on the beach to walk daily sometimes twice a day. Chase was awesome to work with.

Peaceful

My husband and I really enjoyed this unit. The living room is very open and spacious. We have stayed at Watercrest before, but we specifically picked this unit because the master bedroom overlooks the beach. The floor to ceiling windows are amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony, which can be accessed from the living room, as well as the master bedroom. We saw dolphins almost daily and found some wonderful shells on the beach. An added touch were the military jets that flew by regularly. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

The condo had a perfect view. We enjoyed being able to see fireworks from the balcony on the Fourth of July. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. There was plenty of room in the condo.

GREAT RENTAL

Condo was great very spacious, we had everything we needed and the views were amazing. I will definitely plan another stay in the future. My only negative for the stay was the pullout couch it definitely needs a new mattress as it was very uncomfortable for my son to sleep on. I still give property a 10/10.

Beautiful balcony, but condo in need of update

Beautiful private balcony view. Very spacious and well stocked with cookware and start up supplies (hand soap, dish soap, laundry and dishwasher pods, etc). However, while the unit itself was very clean, it was in dire need of updating. Sofa, chairs, and beds were worn out, uncomfortable and need to be replaced ASAP.

Spring 2024 PCB stay

We found Water Crest to be cleaner, safer, and more tended to that other places we’ve stayed in PCB. We chosen 1003 because of the beautiful wide view of the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great rental company

We had a great stay. The rental company was always a step ahead. Easy check in and out. Unit was as described. Our only complaint is the air conditioner was very cold in the living spaces and it was very hot in the master bedroom. We never could regulate it! Overall great stay.

Nicest room we’ve stayed in to date!

My wife and I have stayed in PCB at least once and sometimes twice a year for the past 8 years. This was by far the nicest room we’ve been in. HUGE living room and the view is incredible. The rooms are plenty big, showers were average but everything else was amazing. Hotel wasn’t busy at all this time of the year. Beach wasn’t crowded. Very close to everything. I’ll absolutely be staying in this exact room again.

This condo had amazing views! We would definitely book again! A very fair price compared to other rooms at Watercrest. We love the quieter end of PCB with less traffic. Very close to St Andrews State Park.

Beautiful condo

Redirected from vrbo to make final payment directly with owner which added a processing fee. Great condo and well maintained. Clean on arrival. Beautiful ocean front view from the balcony, master and living rooms. Kitchen has everything but a stockpot which wouldn’t really fit on the stove anyway because the hood vent is quite low. Beach toys and bodyboards in the closet, which we didn’t notice until the night before we left (we added an umbrella to the collection). Easy communication with ECD when we called for smoke alarm beeping and maintenance showed up quicker than a pizza delivery to swap the battery and then came back a second time to fix it because the battery wasn’t the issue. Would give the ‘location and neighborhood’ 5 stars if the tiki bar on the first floor would stay open til at least 7pm and maybe if the pool and/or hot tub would stay open after 10p for adults. We like going somewhere new in PCB every year but we'll consider this one again for next year.

Spring break fun!

The view is amazing !! We had 5 other families stay in other rooms and nothing compared to our view. Everywhere in the condo u look out and see endless turquoise water and white sand! Plenty of seating area for everyone. Only issue we had is the dishwasher didn’t work while we were there. But that’s a minor fix . We had a great time

Amazing view. Nicely decorated

Watercrest condos have some of the biggest glass walls facing the ocean in PCB and this is one of the best floorplans in the complex maximizing ocean view with a private balcony. The condo is nicely decorated with beach theme and the kitchen has all the utensils needed. We were also provided starter supplies of toilet rolls etc. The complex is not the newest but is clean and well maintained with tennis courts and clean heated pools. The condo is in great shape and accurately represented in listing but we thought there are a few things that will make it even better. 1. The communication with property manager could be quicker, but they are honest reliable people and in the end I never had issues getting into the unit and checking out. 2. The condo does have a vacuum but it would be nice to have a swiffer or a mop to take care of cleaning sand on the vinyl floors. 3. Mood lighting in the balcony and LED lighting fixture upgrades would enhance the experience significantly. 4. Lastly kitchen and bathroom cabinets counters are in good shape, but updating them would make this condo unbeatable. Thank you for a great stay and we plan to return next year

Amazing view

This property has an amazing view. This property is very dated which is okay but definitely needs a deep cleaning. Baseboards are filthy with hair and dirt. There was a sweeper that picked up nothing and no broom. We go to the beach daily, sand is to be expected please provide a broom and dust pan so the renter can sweep. The extra bedroom had only sheets no quilt or comforter on either bed and the master had tears and stains on the quilt. We would only stay here again if I was assured this was in a more clean condition. We did have an issue with the sink backing up and garbage disposal not working. We let them know and it was fixed quickly which was great.

The location was amazing. The view from the room was incredible because of the floor to ceiling windows. The pictures don't do the room justice, it was all around beautiful! One suggestion if you cook for yourselves would be to bring utensils (knives in particular). We had steak and there was only 1 knife, but other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Last minute check in issues were worrisome, but condo was wonderful!

There were some issues with having to deal with owner over final payment and confirmation with check in information. Would have alleviated a lot of worries on traveling during holiday with not feeling unsure if confirmation was made! If VRBO did all/complete financial and check in confirmations instead of leaving it up to guest being the middle person between VRBO and owner (especially since initial contact was through VRBO) would alleviate any last minute worries (literally considered not going with no confidence in final confirmation and check in issues during a holiday!). With that being said, the condo was beautiful, spacious, and quite enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed the ocean view, all amenities offered, and was really a wonderful holiday vacation! We would definitely love to revisit this vacation location multiple times in the future! The building itself could use a bit more maintenance/upkeep, but on whole was not anywhere near anything to hamper the enjoyment of the trip! Would like to send our appreciation to all involved that made our holiday vacation one to always remember! Thank you!
