The prime beach location was fabulous. But the hotel itself is old. "Renovated rooms" ? Loud fridge like a jalopy was on and off all night. Asked to be switched to a more quiet rm with a mini fridge, but no, was upgraded to a rm with separate kitchen, which helped. Tub was full of long hair, baseboards dirty, appliances not wiped down, drains slow, & toilet not flushing properly. Paper thin walls so I could hear neighbors. My first trip to PCB. Hotel on city outskirts meant driving far to shop and eat.

The restaurant was amazing, and so was service at the bar/restaurant. The beach access is great. Our room as far as the bed itself was nice, but the lamp shade had rust on it, there was a brown liquid dripping from the ceiling in one of the bedrooms, and our toilet stopped working the second day. Our balcony door was a huge pain to try and open. We probably will stay here again since the time before this we had a great experience and it’s cheap for the quality.

I liked the balcony. The bed is hard, the pillows are hard. There wasn’t’ anything telling how to use the tv. The office said they have different kinds if televisions and I would have to let maintenance into my room so they could show me how to use it or fix it. Carpet was dirty. My feet were black after walking around the room. Internet service was not good and phone service wasn’t good.

Everyone is very nice. The property is not really a resort, it's more like a motel. And it's outdated. They do have a bar and grill at pool side and access to the beach which was very convenient.
