One member of staff in this hotel went above and beyond to help me recover my mobile phone, which I had lost in a taxi cab. The hotel itself is in a decent location, being so close to the metro and supermarkets. The beds are comfortable and the rooms cleaned daily. My issues were sound proofing, which are non existent(the traffic in Bella Vista is relentless) and breakfasts which are not great. However overall I rate this little budget hotel highly and would stay again. Bring a little Spanish and you will be ok.Ant.

check in process takes a long time. Checking out and could not provide a receipt. Showers fill up with a couple of inches of water since the drains are very slow. Housekeeping was really slow to clean the room in the middle of the week, not getting to the room until 4p or 5p. After being out all day, I just wanted to get back to the room, take a shower and relax but couldn't - looks like they prioritized new arrivals over existing check ins. Area they are in have very few good restaurants, so expect to travel away from the hotel. Biggest downside is the hotel is extremely noisy. People talking or playing music in the hallways (and outside traffic noises) made it difficult to sleep. The room was okay, the bed was comfortable. If you are looking for a lower price room to sleep, it's okay but bring ear plugs

Upon entering my room, I noticed an overpowering smell. I checked the bathroom and the ceiling was covered in what appeared to be extensive, dark mold. When I showed pictures to the front desk, the staff were dismissive and refused to address the issue. They had no rooms to switch me to, leaving me stranded in a foreign country immediately after my flight. They also refused to assist with a refund despite the sanitary condition of the room. It was a very distressing experience. Al entrar en mi habitación, noté un olor abrumador. Revisé el baño y el techo estaba cubierto de lo que parecía ser un moho extenso y oscuro. Cuando mostré fotos a la recepción, el personal fue desdeñoso y se negó a abordar el problema. No tenían habitaciones para cambiarme, dejándome varado en un país extranjero inmediatamente después de mi vuelo. También se negaron a ayudar con un reembolso a pesar de la condición sanitaria de la habitación. Fue una experiencia muy angustiosa.

My experience was not what I expected. The photos shown on Expedia did not match the actual room/property—what was advertised was not what I received. Also, my booking stated that breakfast was included, but upon arrival I was told it wasn’t, which was very disappointing and misleading. On top of that, the room had a strong damp/musty smell that was quite unpleasant and made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re expecting the listing details to be accurate.
